The ice machine made me almost went to puke. They need to step up there cleanliness because this is unacceptable.

I tried many different type of burgers in my life and always been a fan of good burger. This place is something nothing special - lame taste which is so faint that you really have to use a lot of ketchup. Staff is disappointment however informative and friendly. I guess this isn't helpful when your food sucks.

We went in to grab food - space looked clean, service friendly. My main issue is the product- either the company has changed suppliers or this franchise isn't using their regular burger patty. Taste and texture are completely different and not in a good way. We usually grab from downtown locations and the product here was not the same quality!

The Angus burgers at Hero are always amazing. The lady who served us on August 19 after 10pm at this location was great at serving our large order for 6 people. She also almost chased after us when she saw that we left our car keys! Top customer service.

Do not eat here unless you want to get sick. I ordered the Atlantic haddock burger, it was really greasy. The fryer oil is really old and it is not a clean or hygienic place to eat. The lettuce was not washed it had visible dirt.

Extremely poor service. My family went here for lunch but my daughter wanted a pizza slice from next door. So even though we had ordered burgers for the rest of the family the manager insisted that my little girl had to eat her pizza outside on the sidewalk in 32C temperature. There was only one other table occupied in the restaurant and the rest of us were paying customers. They were also very stingy on the condiments and napkins. Even though this is the closest burger joint to Canada's Wonderland and we have season's tickets we will never eat here again. Mean and heartless, they should be ashamed of themselves and their policies!

Came to grab a combo. Girl at the cashier was awful. No one has in the restaurant but she was annoyed at how I was deciding on what to get. Had earbuds on while talking on the phone, pacing around the place. Sat on the windowsill too?? I don't know how someone can be so unprofessional and unwelcoming. Burger was alright, bun was slightly dry, but the components inside were tasty. Fries are awful, mushy and burnt. All in all, not the best experience. Go get ahead and get a Big Mac or something.

Surprised there are so many hate reviews. Came with friends at midnight from wonderland and were starving. The only server named Mani gave us great service with friendly and respectful attitude. With other customers inside the store, the food was delivered within a decent time considering there is only one sever/chef who take cares ordering and cooking. And the food itself were actually great. would recommend.

Was in the area and hungry. Went in because I saw that HeroBurger has 'think pink' campaign supporting breast cancer in the window. Staff was wearing pink t-shirts and suggested that for $1 I could a Pink Bun with money towards the campaign. I like that !! Lunch was Great. Burger was Great, and I like the music playing in the restaurant. Comfortable seating, Free WiFi, and free refills. The place fills my needs.
