Hey Noodle is our favourite Chongqing noodle. The noodle is very chewy and the topping has peanut and peas. Although the noodle cannot choose the thickness, it is the right thickness we want. You can choose the level of spiciness. We always choose mild, but this time the mild spice became unbearable. Not sure if it is a mistake. The store is small but comfortable. We like the store always less traffic and quiet even in the long weekend. The service is minimal, but efficient. The waiter said "thank you" when we left, which is nice. This is our go to spot for a bowl of heart warming Chongqing noodle.

Hey Noodles continues to bring their broths and fresh noodles with many toppings to choose from, especially in the Vaughan area! Ranging from tender beef brisket to pork belly, you can enjoy their al dente noodles in their refreshing broth! If you want to increase the spice level, you have the opportunity to do , but be sure to be mindful as the spices can be numming! With their unlimited refills for noodles, it is a great deal for any meal especially if you are looking for a deal!

Hey Noodles is a chain restaurant that specializes in Chongqing street noodles. I've never been to this location before, so I stopped by on a Tuesday for lunch. The restaurant is fairly small with a few tables. Upon seating, you can scan the QR code on the table and place an order. I decided to order the noodle dish that they are known for, the xiao mian Chongqing street noodles. The noodle dish was loaded with peanuts, cilantro, and green onions. I was expecting a flavorful broth, but it tasted a bit watered down. I guess the taste comes from the spicy numbing flavor/feeling. I enjoyed the chewy noodles, though. For an inexpensive meal, this noodle soup is not bad.

A great and affordable place for Sichuan style noodles. You get to pick the spice and numbing level, which I chose regular spice and numbing. I got the stewed chicken and mushroom lunch combo which came with a drink and appetizer or dessert. The soup was nice and flavourful. The tofu skin appetizer had a nice marinade.

Not sure why ratings are so low here. Solid bowl of bouncy noodles. Located at a strip mall across from Vaughan Mills mall with plenty of parking out front. I went on a weekday for lunch, only a few tables occupied, tried the "Minced pork with pea noodle" which is chick peas for those of you wondering. I opted to add peanuts which I won't do next time, since I'm not a peanut fan, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Soup base was flavorful and spicy just as i requested, you can choose to your spicy and numbness level. I'd def recommend my friends if in the area. For the reviews that wanted Pho or ramen and went to a Chinese noodle shop expecting something similar, what gives?? And the reviews about overcooked noodles for TAKE OUT ‍ ... just Bonkers! It's a solid noodle shop, and service was just fine. Have it a go. Cheers.

We ordered vegetarian noodles and chicken dumplings. The noodle wasn't flavorful at all. The portion size was really good though. The dumplings were the biggest let down. Overall, this is a big pass for me. Won't come again.

The noodles here were really flavorful. The menu is customizable (you can choose the type of noodle, noodle texture, spice level and even the level of numbness), so you really tailor the dish to suit your preferences. The bowl was fairly big. I had read some reviews about being able to get extra noodles for no charge, although I did not see any mention of this in the menu. They also gave us bottled water as soon as we sat down and mentioned that this was free... not sure if this is just during covid, or if its normal. Service was friendly. Free wifi Note even when dining in everything was disposable (bowl, silverware, water bottle, etc.)... not sure if this is just during COVID but not the most environmentally friendly

Hey Noodles, welcome to the neighborhood! We were pleasantly surprised to find their signage pop up near Vaughan Mills a few months back. We even dropped by only to find out they weren't quite open yet. It's unfortunate that shortly after grand opening, dine-in was shuttered by COVID-19 safety measures and business hasn't picked up yet. Good thing is they do make takeout quite accessible. The specialty here is the Chongqing street noodles. Rich hot chili broth is filled with numbing peppercorns and garnishes for extra flavor. It supposedly took over 80 recipe variations to arrive at what they felt was "the one." Each bowl has multiple noodle options including sweet potato vermicelli which is becoming popular these days. The Szechuan-style noodle soup goes well on its own, or with protein options such as pork bellies, ribs, minced meat or marinate egg. For dine-in, there's unlimited noodle refills. In the meantime, they offer takeout specials and even donated food to a local hospital so kudos to them! The spicy wontons are also a hit while rice dishes are less popular offerings. After all, it is a noodle shop. And brown sugar rice jelly or Yakult milk drinks are refreshing if you don't mind overly sweet dessert / drink options. Takeout is not quite as tasty as dine-in but is well-packed and generously portioned. Staff do a great job of social distancing and started wearing face coverings long before the recent trend.

I ordered their takeout of pork rib noodles trying to support small local business during coronavirus, especially my husband always visit this chain restaurant at a different location. The food quality was terrible (2 stars for the food). Noodles were very soggy and flavourless. It just expanded in my stomach and made it uncomfortable for the rest of the day. Soup was oily and not drinkable. The noodle came with big portion of pork rib, but not much veggie. The pork rib was super dry and had no flavour. The noodle soup had an unpleasantly old smell. What made me give them three stars despite the bad food quality was the owner's attitude in preparing the takeout. They put a note indicating the chef on duty was healthy and this can greatly release customers' worry. They also drawed a smiley face to cheer people up. The owner lighted up my day, but not his/her food. They currently have buy one get one free promotion.
