I love eating McChicken with coffee when I sometimes go for long drive. Last week I was driving by and was hungry. This McDonald's's was the closest one, so I ordered habanero McChicken at drive through. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten at in entire world. I was so disappointed. The burger was cold, lettuce was soggy, they didn't spread the sauce evenly, however was just a big blob of sauce in center and chicken tasted weird. I just had 1 bite and threw it. Really really disappointed and they ruined my taste for habanero McChicken. Stay away from this location. Will not recommend.

This is a larger footprint McDonalds (no playland) located just across from Vaughn Mills and Canada's Wonderland... the restaurant is newly refurbished but the crew is tired and lack the desire to do any better than "meh"... The management here truly needs to get their heads out from where the sun don't shine and work on training and ensuring there is some service in customer service and food quality. Will definitely not be back and couldn't care less if this location closed down as it would do justice to the Clown house...

They do not give a shit here If you have the option never choose those location The staff are rude and don't listen when you request something. They give your food to other customers and don't even apologize or acknowledge that they made a mistake. No care for the customer at all. The atmosphere is always somewhat hostile when you go in to the store to let them know they made a mistake, they seem to care more about sweeping the parking lot the serving their customers. If I was part of head office I would either clean house and hire all new staff, or better yet just tear down the location. The community knows how they treat people, and it won't get better

This was easily the worst McDonald's I have ever eaten in. The restaurant was filthy, tables covered with garbage, drink station with straw wrappers and empty condiment packages. The staff were slow, unfriendly and inefficient. 3 people from the drive thru walked into the restaurant while I was waiting for my order and yelled at the staff as they had been waiting for over 30 minutes and their order was incorrect. The tills were surrounded by old receipts that the staff had not bothered to throw out (easily over 25 receipts laying on the counter) and the cashier never gave me an order number. They forgot sauce for the nuggets and while I was eating, some of the staff joined their friends at a table and commenced throwing food and garbage at one another while shouting. They left the mess on their table and went back to work or left and as I exited the front doors, I walked past the garbage cans which were overflowing with trash.

Stopped in tonight for dinner on our way to Wonderland. It was absolutely disgusting. There was urine and toilet paper all over the bathroom floor. Tables weren't wiped down. Garbage bins completely overflowing. Ketchup and ice cream on the floor and not cleaned up. Not to mention the food which was very average. Slapped together burgers and unsalted French fries. It is a long weekend and they clearly didn't have enough staff on. I won't be back.

Quite possibly the worst McDonald's in York Region. They mess up every order, every time. Today I ordered at the drive thru at 12:45 and was told to park out front and wait, which is typical these days. 30 mins later still no food. When I asked one of the employees he shrugged and gestured wordlessly at how busy the drive thru line was. A few minutes later we went inside to ask about the food - they mostly ignored us, then kept asking what we had ordered and when. I showed them the Apple Wallet receipt and kept explaining that we had been waiting nearly 45 mins at this point. They didn't seem to care much - said they had no record of any order and wandered off. Even more minutes later they noticed we were still there and said they were working on it. Minutes later we just gave up and left and went to Pizza Nova in the same plaza. Called head office and they said a manager would call me back to process a refund. I'm never going to this location ever again. Drive a little farther north to the one on Melville (or better yet, just go to any of the other food places in this plaza). This McDonald's is an abomination. It's not like McD is the cheap option anymore anyway - don't reward them for this garbage food and service.

Typical McDonalds....you know what you're going to get. Place was clean and staff were friendly-ish. Went in because my niece had a hankering for grease and salt (no she wasn't hung over) Just a note...when you exit the lot onto Rutherford, you can only turn East...towards Pine Valley.

Don't go to this location at night, every time I have been it was a terrible experience (even for a McDonald's in the middle of the night) very slow service, cold food , ,miserable employees and filthy restaurant. It's almost like they are trying to make it bad so customers don't come and they can sit and do nothing. Go down the street to the one on highway 7 and centre always fresh food any time super nice employees or even the one at Jane and major Mackenzie. Trust me it's worth the 5 min drive to another location .

My first visit to this location was average at best. Nothing wrong enough to be too critical of but the service was bleh - unenthusiastic and not quick. A recent minimum wage jump must not have inspired.

I went through the drive-thru the day after discussing my complaint with the manager. It was early in the morning, before 6 am. I placed my coffee order as usual, but I asked them to punch it in differently so that there wouldn't be an issue. The woman receiving my order said "Valerie?" lol, and I said "Yes." And she had already been informed about the issue I was having. My coffee was made perfectly, and they didn't charge me either. The next time I went, the same thing happened, and my coffee was made perfectly. This location has really implemented my complaint to rectify the issue. I hope they keep it up!
