Firstly, I was glad they allow reservations, when we arrived the place was starting to get busy. We waited a little over 5 minutes and were brought to our table. The place filled up very quickly after that and eventually turned into a club/lounge. So I highly recommend making reservations. Ambiance: they place is lit up in red lighting, there is a dance floor, the tv was playing some Netflix show. The lounge very much caters to the south Asian population as 90% of the music played that night was Punjabi/Indian. The crowd was going wild! It was entertaining to watch. Great ventilation so the place isn't filled with smoke. Eventually, the music does get really loud so it's hard to talk. Highly recommend if you are in the mood to just dance. I enjoyed our food, it was delicious. The Shisha itself was not bad either. They do have options for shisha ranging from $25-$75. Service: the staff was nice however once we were served, they did not really come back to check up on us. We had to seek the servers attention to get assistance. Apparently, there are call buttons at each booth, not sure if that's the case for tables as well. If there was any, we were not informed.

It's very small place. stuff is nice. They had a nice music. You can have conversations with your friends while you can enjoy small. However, it was not kind of my vibe. But nice place for introvert people's. As well, as you can also have a bit of club vibes on thedance floor.

I do not want to complain but I was very exited to go to the opening. First impression was wow the interior is amazing the lounge looks amazing I wish I could say that with everything. Shisha was just Good but the amount of waiting time was ridiculous.. When we arrived the lounge was empty there was only one guy doing everything and the rest of the workers standing behind the bar doing nothing.. Anyways we ordered a whipped coffee and a hot chocolate the waiting game started it took them over 20min to bring the drinks. There is this button which you supposed to press and someone comes nothing happen after we wanted to change the Shisha coal and guess what waiting again over 15min till someone comes ... we talking about a empty lounge.... Coffee and hot coffee definitely NOT recommended. Just went after 1 hr never happened to us before in a Shisha place that we left so early.... All the best just a advise you need to change the way of customer service saying it's the first day I can understand but lounge being empty and still waiting it is not nice.... 1star for interior decor 1star for shisha

My first visit was quite pleasant! I ended up going on a Friday night with a girl friend. We had gotten the 'Hurricane' flavour which was a medley of tropical fruits if I remember correctly. One flavour they didn't have was double apple which I love. They had many food options but we didn't end up ordering since we had already eaten. On top of food, there drink options were plentiful including bottled starbucks! They offered multiple board games/games such as chess, connect 4, cards, UNO and more I cant remember. We ended up sitting there for 2 hours smoking shisha and playing couple board games. They offer the games at $.50-$2 which isn't bad at all. They also have ps4 options to play possibly located in the back. Overall, one shisha, some drinks and a couple board games cost us around $25 - didn't break the bank at all. Atmosphere was chill, we were vibing the whole time. Its really inviting inside with low blue lights. Really clean and fresh. Music was rap/hip-hop which was perfect for the crowd. Also have a mini arcade game in the corner. The servers were super attentive and asked us often if we were ok or if we needed anything. Plenty of staff on deck I never had to flag them down for extra coal as they were on top of it. Will def. be coming back - maybe even to host some birthdays there as they have cute private cubbies and a lounge like area. They applied for their liqour license and will be getting it soon (yes I asked). Overall, really happy with my experience, thought Id share as my experience was way different from previous reviews. 5 stars - atmosphere, food/drink options, price, service, shisha flavours + the fact that they will be getting there license soon!

I've been to this place so many times and I'm a regular to this place now. I mean this place is amazing. The bar is filled with primium alcohol and from normal sisha to vip sisha. The food is good and the staff is very friendly and fast to the customers and the food. I see bad and negative reviews but they were long time back. These people have changed their staff and for sure have been more sufficient to the customers. I assure you that.

As a server and bartender who has been in the industry for 6 years, I can safely say this is hands down the worst service I've ever gotten. My friends and I walk in at 10:22pm and sat down. The server came over and took our order and I asked for a martini. He said they don't have that on the menu, I then point to the cocktail list on their menu that says martini. He then says he can't make it and I asked if they were missing something and he said he's missing vodka. I go to the bar and ask for the manager so I could ask what they actually have and if they don't have any vodka at all. He said he has vodka and has all the ingredients but can't make it because it tastes bad. So I say okay if you have everything can you make it with the measurements that is a standard martini. I asked for it extra dirty so he came back over within 5 minutes to say they are actually out of olive juice. I said that's fine I'll just get something else. I asked for a margarita (also written on the menu). 15 minutes go by and we get the attention of the server so we could order food, a shot for my friend and to check on if they're still making my margarita. He said ya it's coming. Another 10 minutes go by and the tables around us got this drinks and food and we eventually got our food and but still no margarita. We call the server over and he tells us the manager never ordered a margarita so I asked okay then can I get one now. His response is we have no pizza dough. My friend said "no it's a margarita, like a drink not food". He said sure then walked away. At 10:55 pm I go to the bar and ask if I was ever going to get my drink and he said they ran out of the margarita mix and that the manger left and came back to go get some. I asked to talk to the manager again in that moment and they said he's not here any more. I asked if I was going to get the drink compted or a discount and he said he'll ask the manager. I get my drink at 11:12 pm and he said the manager said they could do a 50% discount on the drink. Again I've worked in the restaurant, bar and club industry and I have never heard of a 50% discount for someone who waited for it for 50 minutes at this point. I tried the drink and it tasted like sugar and no alcohol and like lemon juice. I go to the bar and ask what he used to make the drink and he said "tequila, margarita mix and lime juice." I watched him make my drink and saw him use lemon juice which I told him. He pulls the juice out of the fridge and he says see lime. It's the yellow ReaLemon brand of lemon juice. I gave the drink back and stuck with water. Food was mediocre. Tastes like cheese wiz on the nachos.

if I could give this lounge a negative rating I would, one of the worst hookah lounges I been to in my life. Terrible Service terrible food terrible everything. worst of the worst don't even waste your time. just stay home if you plan on visiting this lounge -5 stars . BY FAR THE WORST. I don't do reviews but this lounge is so bad I must let y'all know . WORST

It used to be a nice place but new rules and regulations made my visit pretty bad. The employees overcharged us and forced this rule of getting a shisha for every 2 people. Will not go again

This place is horrible, let me first start with how they say it's 10$ shisha on sundays but they don't clarify it when you enter the establishment if you don't follow them on Instagram then they charge you full price which is a scam. Second thing there are a lot of hidden costs especially if you get milk base they charge you the regular 20$ plus 5$ for the shisha. Lastly when I tried to reason with the person at the front and I asked for a manager he said that he owns the place and that there is no one above him or anyone else that I could speak to
