Terrible customer service experience at this restaurant. We ordered 3 large pizzas, And we wanted to upgrade them to XL, literally a minute after ordering and they said they can do it for $30 more and we agreed to it, And then the employee said he can't do it anymore. It was as if he was trying to deter us from upgrading the order so that he doesn't have to change our order. Then he said he wouldn't give us any cups for the 2 litre of soda we bought and said he was closed, even though he had one customer waiting for an order inside. We had to picnic outside the restaurant instead. The pizza was good otherwise, So 1 extra star for that. An awful experience. I definitely wouldn't go back to this location.

Pizza Hut is one of my favorite places to grab some pizza. We decided to order a medium three topping pizza. We were able to split the toppings on half of the pizza, so technically in total we got 6 toppings. The pizza was delicious we were able to mix the chili flakes into the sauce to make it spicy. We didn't have to wait too long to get the order, approximately 10 mins. The serve was quick and the order was just the way we wanted. Well most definitely be coming back!

Orders always ready on time and exactly as requested. Would be great if the staff didn't speak in another language in front of customers while they are waiting to order (seen it several times) it's just a tad awkward. However that's only a minor detail as this is literally a pick up location so you aren't really here for amazing service, you're here to satisfy a pizza craving haha

I placed an $80 order online with this location and I spent 25 minutes on the phoone trying to get In touch with them to modify my order. Now this was as a soon as I placed the order that I called them and was bounced from call center to call center. I spoke to at least 12 people at Pizza Hut call centres. After 25 minutes the store finally answered their phone only to tell me that the driver just left with my order. I said that they needed to call him and have the order brought back and then my doorbell rang it was the driver. I give them credit for a fast delivery. I sent the order back as that was not what I wanted. The store manager then called me and asked me why I sent the order back and I explained that I tried to modifying order and you didn't answer yoour phone and customer service wouldn't modify the order as it had to be the store to do it. He then told me "never to order from us again" to which I replied "I won't!" TheN he says "I Don't Need Your F*cking Business And Don't Call Us Again". Then he hung up on me. This is not how you treat a customer. I will never buy anything from Pizza Hut again. Pizza Pizza will enjoy my business because they want it! #pizzahut #pizzapizza

I've never had such a bad experience at a pizza establishment. Especially formerly working for a pizzeria myself, I am familiar with the goingson and the way the "manager" decided to treat us was totally inappropriate and rude. We ordered our pizza approximately around 9 pm, got our pizza about 25 minutes late without our dipping sauces and pop. To preface we have ordered 3 times before and EVERYTIME they have forgotten our dipping sauces. 30 minutes later no dipping sauces, called again and the driver is not even on his way. The manager gets on the phone and is LAUGHING at me. Telling everyone "what do I want?" I clearly told him what they should've done is taken someone that is in the store that's a driver to send the dips instead of waiting for the driver to come back (that's what they told me they were doing for 30 minutes). Manager still proceeds to laugh and say I'm threatening him when I'm saying they need to do something because this is ridiculous. Keeps saying well what do you want. When I say fine a large cheese pizza he says "I've never heard of that before but fine" I've never been more disgusted with my experience.

I've ordered from this place many times, usually as a delivery. They make the order very quickly, and rarely mess it up. I have went in store to pick up the order couple times and there was one older guy there with a very bad attitude and would constantly cut me off whilst i'm talking. If it weren't for that guy and the prices this place would get 5/5 from me.
