It's my first time going to Touro and I'm so happy that I did. We started with some appetizers like cheese and cornbread but the main attraction was the premium meats. You will be given an object to signal if you want servers to come to your table and serve the meats; I specifically love the picanha and sirloin. You can also eat in peace and rest in-between, just flip the sign telling the servers that you do not want more meat. Make sure you come in hungry because these meats will fill you up. Each slice is guaranteed to make your mouth water with their flavors and spices! Make sure to add some veggies with your meal! If you want a break from the meat, you can order their apps. I would recommend the mac&cheese, moqueca baiana (seafood stew like shrimp, clam and fish) & mushrooms. PS: Brunch items included on their buffet at Richmond Hill location (Sunday - Friday) and Vaughan location (only on Sunday) [Rates: Adult: $44.99 ; children 12 and under : $25] Don't forget the dessert. Highly recommend the lava cake! If you are celebrating your birthday, let them know and they'll prepare a sparkler for you! Decided to host our holiday party of 25 people at Touro, it was highly recommended by colleagues. The place did not disappoint, it is very well laid out, great interiors and ambience. Staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous and with big smiles . Sheyam and his crew were excellent, provided a great experience and were quite helpful with the food choices. Upon hearing that a couple of guests love seafood, he brought out an appetizer, salad and sushi even though they were not part of our chosen dinner package !!! The appetizers were delicious, meat was prepared well and tasty !!! Drinks were on point and delectable desserts. It was a fantastic experience for all guests.

Great food if you're into Brazilian BBQ! My family and I came here to celebrate my sister's birthday and we were not disappointed. Our main server was very attentive and quick with getting us our drinks and apps. Once we got our apps out of the way, the meat servers were very quick in coming around with their skewers and getting different cuts on to our plates. My favourite meat was the flank steak but I tried a bit of everything and it was all delicious. We came on a Sunday evening so the place wasn't too packed which is how I usually like it. Great option in the area if you're sick of the Keg!

The server was pleasant and asked us how we liked our steak cooked. Initially I was excited since Copa Cabana doesn't ask this. We asked for rare to medium rare. Unfortunately, the meats were all medium well to well done so I'm not sure why we were asked. The lamb, bacon wrapped steak, garlic steak and spicy steak were so dry. For the price, it is disappointing to not get to enjoy the selection. Due to weather, there weren't many guests and I figured the cook would be to preference and handled better.

We were there for 2 hours and only had chicken legs, shrimp and a bacon wrapped steak come out. We complained twice (once at the 50 point mark and once at an hour and 20 minutes in. Both times we didnt get any other meat selection. Would not return to this establishment they should be ashamed to charge the price they charge for the selection they serve.

Local Brazilian steakhouse. We came here for family day lunch and overall service was great but food was rather monotoned. Not much variety of steak cuts of mainly tri-tip and rib cuts but meat really were under seasoned/ needed dry aging as only seasoning on outside.

As someone who can't eat beef, you'd think that this place would've left me hungry, but it didn't! I really enjoyed their barbecued chicken and all of their seafood dishes-- big fan of the shrimp and mussels. Between those, the salad, the breads, the pineapple, and the chocolate cake, I left happy! I'm only docking a star because the chicken people only came around once and because they didn't take our order for potatoes until everyone was in a meat coma, leaving us with two huge bowls of delicious mashed potatoes that nobody could finish. Meanwhile, the place was busy but very clean, it was easy to find parking, and the staff were super friendly.

Let the meat sweats begin! This is a main go-to place for everything meat. I brought my staff here for a company Christmas dinner. One of them eats only meat, so it was a good fit. Let him hurt himself :-) We sparingly picked at the appetizer and "carb bar", wanting to save room for the meats. Even the side dishes that come as part of the meal gathered little interest. But when the gauchos began parading by with their meat laden swords, let the fun begin! As long as our little Go/No Go discs were green side up, they kept coming. The variety of meats was excellent. This is the perfect environment to sample and experience a wide array of choices. There was even a couple of chicken, lamb, and pork options. Almost as a dessert afterthought, grilled pineapple coated with cinnamon and brown sugar came by. Personally, I hate pineapple but I couldn't stop eating this. A great night! Now for the recovery...

Greater expectations.. I did some research & mapped out a gameplan as to how I was gonna attack it. I wanted to try all the meats before deciding on which meats I really wanted to dig deep on !! once it began.. it was complete shock and awe , it was just meats after meats after meats. but was it good ? To be honest, not everything was a home run. Let's start with the bad things first .. * I did not eat any of the chicken offerings : because why the heck would I bother eating chicken at a steakhouse ?? LOL .. however my table of guests did tell me the Moroccan chicken wasn't great as it was too dry but they told me the bacon wrapped chicken was really good. * also I was anticipating their signature picana to be better, it wasn't bad , but it wasn't mind blowing either. A little bit disappointed. * I was most let down by this amazing looking cheese steak with cheese punctured into it.. ultimately, it just didn't match the visual impact. I was hoping for it to have a nice complex flavor, but it was actually the total opposite. It was dry and tasted like.. yuck !! * the seafood in the salads and stand alone side dishes were definitely hit and miss.. some tasted really good and yet other things tasted a little mushy ( not the freshest ) but other seafood options which had a sauce didn't fare much better as it was too salty. However the mussels stand alone side dish had good flavor, but wished all of them had actually opened * the bread plates had a nice variety but were on the dry side , it might be nice if they had offered some spreads or maybe something simple like some BUTTER to help out a bit. * The meats were of decent quality but I found it to be quite heavy handed on the seasoning aka SALT and not so heavily handed on pepper and spice. but some meats were soooo good it didn't even require any of the sauces ( bbq or chimichurri ) You might wonder why I am giving this place 3 - 4 stars with all those things mentioned above.. but honestly there was some bright spots * the service is great , the waitresses are very accommodating and they will listen and get things done for you if you have any special meat requests. A man like me : knows what I want , so don't be BETA!! don't be scared to ask for directions LOL or for her number .. or in this case .. what kind of meat you want to eat because you haven't seen it come by !! BE ALPHA!! don't sit there and wait for it to happen: you make things happen & it will happen. Trust me ! Pro tip #1 you can ask for the type of meat you want to eat even if you don't see it & you can ask them if they can bring that type of meat more medium rare if that is to your liking!! * the best meats in my opinion : top sirloin , beef ribs , leg of lamb , garlic steak , sorry I wasn't able to take pictures of it , it was just simply too good to waste time ! * the one thing that never came to the table was pork ribs , I had to ask for it and when it came , it was doused in bbq sauce and FALL OFF THE FKn BONE !! God damn they were sooo good .. I ate nearly 2 full racks of ribs !! * the dessert menu is fairly reasonably priced and the visual aspects definitely match the flavor profiles. Super delicious * the restaurant is clean & bright and well kept, the servers are polite and attentive, and the meat cutters are just mindless meat zombies that keep it simple by asking you If you would like to try something they have to offer All in all , it's definitely not better than copacabana , the price point of nearly 70 bucks per person on a Friday is a bit hefty but still worth it if you are an avid meat eater. if they were able to balance out the seasoning of the meats a bit better in the kitchen and had better grill masters making sure the food wasnt overcooked ( steak & pork parmesan ), things wouldn't taste all the same but still overall it was a good experience. 3.5 stars from me
