Their brisket is great (Kickin' BBQ Sizzlin' Skillet). Tender, moist with crispy crust. We also had Loaded Veggie Omelette, it was good though not exactly as it is pictured in the menu (in the context of "loaded"). Service is warm and good. Nice ambiance with well lit interior and large windows. Parking is convenient in the plaza's spacious parking lot

It is really your average diner that is a good spot for after a night out. The free birthday grand slam is a wonderful deal, but this particular location makes you order a drink in order to get it. We have had better service at other Denny's (and not had to purchase a drink to get our birthday meal). The birthday robot is cute though! Bathrooms need more frequent once-overs.

We did not like the service. They had a robot with a broken wheel that bought us our food. We were surprised because we had never seen a robot deliver food. The waitress came over and gave us our food and we never seen her until she brought over the bill. We had issues with our meal. I advised my husband NOT to tip!

Every single time I come here there is something going on with the staff. Severely understaffed. Weird that they had 3 hosts and only one server. Our servers name I believe was Preet. Very young nice guy but you could tell he was very overwhelmed on a Sunday lunch rush having 10 tables and being alone. The hosts kept seating people and they were waiting a long time for even water. He would let everyone know he would be with them soon but it was hard when his already seated tables were calling for him. Once our food (that was cold Because it was sitting on the line for a while due to preet being busy with his other tables) arrived, it was very hard to get his attention to let him know we wanted coffee refills or creme. This is NOT his fault. Not a single manager was on the floor to help nor did we see a single server at all other than the person who helped him bring out the order. He came to us to ask if we needed anything else as he was going on break. He is allowed in break but ... he had tables? This is how dine and dash happens. This was my third time here and what a mess. I won't be back for a fourth. You guys are lucky to have someone as calm, cool and collective as preet. He did his best and his effort was noticed by my group. Catch me at the Brampton location

This rating is based on my most recent visit here, although I'd been here previously. It's also based on the category of restaurant we're talking about here, so it's not be to compared to breakfasts at The Doctor's House or something. It is what it is and the last visit was excellent. Mostly, I'm basing that on the stellar service we received from all the staff here. Both the host and the server were more than just pleasant - they were warm, funny, and attentive at just the right degree. Whoever did the hiring recently has a real knack for selecting spot-on staff. 3 of us came in for a later in the day, breakfast for dinner birthday meal for hubby. It occurred to me that it was possible he'd be able to get his meal free for that reason. The one thing that was a drawback on this point was that you won't find this advertised on a table placard or sign, and we had to look it up on their website and then confirm with the server. You get your choice of items for a Grand Slam combo. They confirmed it was a valid offer here and just checked his ID to verify. Cool! 2 of us got milkshakes and it's impressive that they serve some of it in your glass servery, and the rest is kept cool and in reserve in a metal container until you're ready to finish it off. Hub stuck with no nonsense vanilla and daughter opted for the peanut butter chocolate. I got tastes of both. Yum!! The pancakes are HUGE, and served with generous amounts of butter. I would downgrade on the quality of the pork products though, because the sausages were quite meh, and the ham also was average at best. They kinda tasted like No Name quality stuff at No Frills. The hash brown/potato pancake is nice and it's part of the reason I like Denny's. Would be better to have sour cream served with them though. Incidentally, our previous visit was similar in that it had been my birthday, so it's too bad we didn't know about the free birthday meal offer then. On the whole, maybe more like a 4 but the service really hit it out of the park. The whole place was clean, the booths are comfy, and the ambience can't be beat considering it's a diner. The fact that it's open 24/7 is also a big plus. A definite go-to place on my list.

Love this place..The manager of the place actually checks up on the customers (that's great!). The staffs are super friendly and accommodating to our orders. Lots of parking space around the area. Only small nudge is that they forgot to bring the pancakes we ordered and it was charged on the bill. Luckily, I noticed and they were happy to clear up that problem up. I'll definitely come back here no doubt.

Food is good lots of options and good service. Would be 4/5 stars if the men's washroom did t smell like disgusting pee. I recommend hiring a plumber and fixing this stink.

My first time at a Denny's in Canada. Was never a fan of the US restaurants but was with some friends and we all decided to go. And I am glad we did Service was fantastic! I was so impressed how great our server Gioia was. Very attentive. Always asking if we are good (but not too much which was great). And the manager even came over and introduced himself and made sure everything was good. The food was almost perfect too. The eggs were done exactly how I asked (I am picky with how my eggs are cooked - over easy light just enough to cook the white but leave the yolk alone). The ham was actually pretty good. I don't like sausage so I opted for extra bacon which they gave me no hassles to do. The hash brown was really delicious too. The meal was huge. I am a healthy portion eater and I couldn't finish everything. They gave me a take out container no problem as well which was so nice. Where they lost 1 star on my review was because of the bacon. I LOVE bacon (who doesn't right?). Well this is the one thing they need to improve. It was over cooked, hard and dry. It's as if they cooked it all earlier that morning and then just nuked it and over did it. I like my bacon softer but don't mind crispy. Sadly no one at our table of 5 ate the bacon. Imagine that! We all tried a bite and left it on our plates. It was completely inedible. But the pancakes were really great and soft and moist. I loved them. Couldn't finish eating them so we took so many home to finish later haha One person ordered the veggie fry. And it was amazing! Egg whites with spinach on top of veggies. It was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend it if it's your thing. Two kids had milkshakes. The tre lecce one was too sweet and powdery for me. The chocolate and peanut butter was great. Regardless the kids finished them no problem and enjoyed. The coffee was to be desired however. This also contributed to the loss of a star. Was a bit stale. Asked for another cup and she told me it was freshly brewed. I was happy about that but it still tasted stale. I don't think it's old coffee. They go through a lot for sure as the place was busy. I just think it's a low grade coffee. Dennys needs to up their game in this space. As for the price, it was okay. There are cheaper breakfast places around but not by much. Would I go back? YES! By far the best experience at Denny's I have ever had. One of the kids liked the donkey cup from Shrek at the front desk. I asked how much the cup was to buy. He went over and grabbed it and gave it to us in the house. Said it was their last one. A gift from him to us. Was such a classy touch. He didn't have to do that but the fact he did really boosted our customer experience. Thanks for the gift. My kid is so happy!

The bathroom at this establishment ATTACKED me So apparently enviromental extremists have installed motion sensors into EVERYTHING within the restrooms from here on out. From the toilet to the hand dryer all i could see was blinking red lights EVERYWHERE. I FELT LIKE WILL SMITH IN I-ROBOT. I walk into the bathroom to instantly be introduced to the toilet, sink, and hand dryer which all went off at the same exact time. HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN? How am i expected to deposit my digested solids if Im frightened for my life?? I walk into the nearest stall to the exit (in case im in need of a quick escape) and begin my experience by coating the toilet seat with 50 squares of 1-ply toilet paper. And as I lay my crafted masterpiece onto the disgusting seat...DOESNT THE TOILET DECIDE TO FLUSH and EAT my artwork!? I HAVENT EVEN BEGUN. And On my second attempt, I got close enough to starting my defacation until ONCE AGAIN the toilet decided to say hello once more. BUT THIS TIME I WAS ALREADY SITTING. NOW i dont know what type of high powered ENGINE denny's makes their toilets with... BUT I SWEAR TO GOD I WAS LIFTED 4 FEET IN THE AIR AND THEN TAKEN 5 FEET INTO A VORTEX. not to mention the stall was A 2.6 FOOT CUBICLE. THERE WAS WATER EVERYWHERE. I almost drowned. You better count your days Denny's...

Clean outside, ok inside. The wait for a waiter and our food was a bit long but maybe because of the time we went, However the food was completely worth the wait !! Very tasty cooked the way we've requested and better. Definitely we be a returning customer.
