My kids like this playground so much! The new owner is a kind person. She even play with kids together. This playground is clean and bright and fit for kids in any ages. Really nice place for private party and spending holidays with kids together. We will play there next time for sure.

This place is ok compare to the price but the customer service is very bad. The boy that sits in the reception desk is not helpful, he doesnt know how to talk to the people, another thing i didnt like is there was nobody is the playplace, i was the only one with my son

we did a 3 hours party at the paly cube last week .. nice place and clean BUT the 2 boys st the front desk , never did anything to make my party or me relax ; 1-they charge $5 each time u ask for more coffee 2- i ask for more balloons , they didnt have it , but didnt let me know .. i went to the front after 20 min waiting 3-they never went to the room to ask me if i need it something 4-Bad service.. 5- i paid around $450 cad for 3 hours party room only and 10 balloons ( pizza extra) 6- they have a tv on each room .. i ask if i can bring a usb with pics of the bday boy.. to put on .. at the end tv doesnt have usb !! not Nice!!
