They have a worker there that is rude and likes to chase people down and make threats !!! very unacceptable. Be aware. He is a male but I believe identifies as she/her or they but was very rude and disrespectful!

Ordered the Turkey Avocado sandwich. A more appropriate name would be the slab sandwich. Two slabs of avocado, two slabs of unripe tomato, and a huge slab of the cheapest possible processed turkey they could find. The sandwich was assembled with a complete lack of effort or care. Some sandwiches fall apart when you take a bite, this sandwich slid apart when I looked at it. I was served with silence and regarded with apathy. It is clear this establishment does not care if their patrons enjoy their meal.

Yikes, really bad service. Food was fine but everything else, super terrible. I sat at the bar for at least ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged me- at about 11.45am, place is pretty empty. Maybe 20 people in the restaurant including myself. I finally asked for a menu and was brought one. I ordered lunch and wine, had plenty of time to kill. Figured I'd have another glass before settling up and leaving. Finished my wine, waited with an empty glass for about 10 minutes. Started trying to get a server's attention, said excuse me to each person working there twice and they just walked past, no eye contact, no response. After sitting and trying to get a refill for 25 minutes, I no longer had time for glass number two- but still had to wait another 10 before I could finally get someone's attention- by literally slapping my hand on the bar and saying loudly "can I get my bill?!" Ridiculous service, truly among the worst I've ever had.

Was promised "the best" espresso martinis before we sat down, only to be told well after we sat, that they don't have an espresso machine that worked, and couldn't make one, so we ordered two regular Bombay Saffire martinis. The bill came in at $50 (including a modest 15% tip), far more than the two drinks we wanted. Waitress was nice, but took advantage of us after we sat down. Find another bar at this airport.

Rude bartender. We asked for ice water while we went through the menu deciding what drinks to order and he hastily told us "water isn't an order, you need to order a drink if you're going to sit here." His attitude turned us off and the prices were exorbitant anyway so we left.

This is a very nice bar in the main terminal at Monreal airport. Unfortunately, they have very limited food options and they are on the higher end as far as pricing is concerned. Service is good. The portions are quite small. I paid 20CAD for a small salad.
