The food is very good here, and the salad bar has a large variety of veggies, soups and condiments. The service is what sets this particular location apart from other Scores. It has always had excellent professional and friendly service. It also has a bright and colourful ambiance.

After 3 visits i have a good idea about the place. Always a great welcome at the door. The salad bar is nothing less then fantastic. Avery thing is there. even nachos, cheese sauce and chili. the chicken breast is always a good portion with lots of meat on the bone. The dining room has a door on the Dorval garden shopping center. It brings lots of families. The service is always warm, friendly and efficient. The parking is often a bit difficult since the restaurant is next to a Maxi and Nickels. The prices are very reasonable.

A classic rotisserie place conveniently located in the jardins dorval shopping mall. My go to meal here is usually the 1 chicken leg meal (dark meat for the win!) which comes with your choice of side (fries, baked potato, rice, roast veggies), gravy, and a that silly half burger bun they give you at all these rotisserie places for some odd reason (do people actually eat those?). They also offer ketchup and mayo on request. I usually stick with fries for my side, and they're the classic thin crispy ones, not remarkable but reliably good. The roast veggies are also quite good, with a mix of onion, peppers, and string beans. The chicken is usually quite good, being moist and well seasoned, with a well rendered golden brown skin. There was one time when I came near to closing and the leg I got was dreadful, all dried out, but all other times my experiences were good. The main perk of this meal is that you get access to the salad bar! Unlimited, and it has soup (chicken noodle, veggie, and chili), nacho chips and cheese, a whole bunch of premade salads (beet salad, shrimp and cucumber, pasta salads, etc), and ingredients to make your own salads, with fancy stuff like guacamole, hummus, hearts of palm, balsamic mushrooms, chorizo, and more. There's cut fruit like watermelon and cantaloupe as well. Theres usually staff around to wipe down and refill the salad bar so it's kept in good order. The service is friendly and fairly fast, and you can take leftovers from your meal (not salad bar) to go. Prices are fairly affordable, and the menu is very extensive, and you can also choose to just get the salad bar.

I was in the mood for a change of dinner pace, so I decided to order a quarter chicken plate with a baked potato. It was the chef's choice and I ended up with the thigh. I had a feeling something wasn't right when the take-out bag - with take-out box inside - was not even warm to the touch, but I decided to carry-on; thinking perhaps it was warmer inside the packaging. As you might expect from earlier in this story, once opened it was hardly warm and even some parts were cold -- needless to say not the most enjoyable of meals and I didn't even clean my plate (even though I was pretty hungry). If this review ended here it would probably yield a two star rating, but since it continues to the next day, you may imagine something positive came from it. That positive being Gaby, who heard of my cold meal and replaced it without much ado. What a pleasure that was, and is, when someone hears what happened and just makes the right decision. With little time wasted, I received a fresh and warmer chicken (breast) plate with steamed vegetables (which were better than expected) this time. The whole plate was not only warmer, but better (quality) overall, and might I even say, healthier? Once again thank you to Gaby for her excellent customer service.

We arrived there a Monday night before going to see a friend. The good: We were sat quickly. Waitress friendly. Place is clean. Since the place was not busy, our order were taken quickly. Food is what you expect from Scores. Bill arrived quickly (we asked for it because we were going to see someone). The bad: Food comes out too quickly, thinking they might be reheated (like most Scores). Rice was dry. Parking (in a mall) was dangerous and packed. I give it three stars because this is a standard Scores, and it did not blow me away. And yet, it was not bad either.

Scores has been around for twenty years and offers rotisserie chicken and ribs similar to Swiss chalet and St-Hubert. The difference in their concept is a huge, very extensive and healthy salad bar filled with fruits, leafs, soups and numerous raw vegetables. Salad bars are so passé, but this chain continues its longtime tradition and from what I experienced today, does it well. The chicken is so-so, rotisserie and cooked yes, but not crispy/golden orange brown on the outside and moist on the inside like Swiss Chalet or St-Hubert. The ribs are fall off the bone tender with a great bbq maple sauce. The ribs along with the salad bar, are what the 3 star average is for in this review Decor wise, it is circa 1980's, the restaurant is very, very clean and staff are courteous. Service is good but the "legacy" waitresses's communication is curt and robotic, perhaps it is similar to their first day back then and then, a lot of them have been there since the opening from the small chatter in between courses; just like in the 80's diner movies lol. Usually, that's a good thing but in this case, it's "you order, we serve". Legacy waitresses are usually known to "honey", "sweety" their guests and show an enthusiastic, positive attitude and pride in their long serving experience. Yo, Chillax g, this is a quick chicken joint, not the Ritz Carlton! Okay okay, gotcha! So....the salad bar as a side With your meal is the big highlight, otherwise, Scores is a yester-brand that appears to have failed to renew itself and engage today's millennials; hope it sticks around to offer a consistent so-so rotisserie experience when no Swiss Chalet or St-Hubert are accessible. I'll now have another whole kiwi and some grapes from the salad bar before leaving; Merci!

I ordered rotisserie chicken with yellow rice and fried chicken wings that came with coleslaw. The rotisserie is not good the seasonings on it are just wrong! It's almost gamey tasting. You gotta really go out your way to make chicken taste gamey! So they purposely ruined it. The yellow rice isn't all that either. The wings are ok but I would have like to know they were spicy beforehand, seeing as I don't have any heartburn pills. I got the bbq sauce on the side and it's disgusting, it's like a can of generic brown gravy with chili powder added, it's weird at best. The coleslaw is the driest I've ever had in my life, I mean I don't even have enough saliva to swallow it! They might as well just call it cabbage in a cup and take the word slaw out the equation. Don't eat here unless you are just eating to live and still use someone else's tongue! Not your own. The way my mouth is set up, it rejects this type BS... Welcome to Canada, you know what, just throw the whole damn Canada away. Except Drake, because the way my grown lady is set up, I'd order him off any menu....Mmmm K!!!

The salad bar here is amazing! Such a great deal as well. For $13 you have unlimited access to the salad bar which is an awesome meal. The salad bar has a variety of salads including pasta salad, potato salad, build your own salads with numerous toppings. My favorite part was the soup and the nachos with queso and guacamole. They also have pita chips with hummus and tzatziki. There were so many options and toppings, I didn't even know where to begin. At the end, they have fruit which you can enjoy as a sweet end to your meal. Our sever was also a very kind young man, who was very friendly and attentive. I love this location especially because of the great service we received.
