Oh my goodness is there less then 1 star option... this place is so ran down (Terrebonne, Qc Mega-Plex)... you've got leaking in the entrance, I am assuming from the roof. Once inside does not get better from there, bathrooms are disgusting, and broken down, and once broken they will remain this way for ever as they never get fixed, water fountains to drink from are... just don't use these they are disgusting and for sure have not been cleaned... ever. Then when you want to get popcorn, well if you like old staled popcorn you are in luck... if you want candy bars or any types of candy, well they just don't have any.. the counters are just empty, so bring your own, probably safer that way.. The arcades, well 2 out of 3 are just defective and out of order... Ok so now when you get inside the actual theater... Sorry gets worse ... the seats are clasped and you feel like sitting in a hole, not to mention the armrests are loose and are simply a hasard (warning)... So you ask why do I keep going there, well living north of Montreal we don't have a lot of choices when it comes to Movie Theaters and then mix that with what movie you want to see... We would just want these theaters to be sold to an entrepreneur that would revamp these and make them good again... seriously these need to be rebuilt and given some love...

We bought a coupon in Costco. I normally don't drive to cinema but this is convenient for me. There are movies in both languages. I found they are understaffed. Waiting time for buying drinks and popcorn is too much. The arcade was decent. I would come back for it. The seating was good for me but my husband complained about it. The theatre was relatively small. So back seating is recommended.

Front entrance smells like sewage. Really, really bad. It'll take less time to dry your hands by blowing on them than using the washroom hand dryers. Place is run down. Hasn't seen an upgrade since I came here as a teen 15 years ago.

This place is a dumb. The food is bad. The seats are stained and broke. The screen has cracks in it. And sound system has not been updated in 20 years. You are far better off going to a Cineplex theatre. The only advantage is the cheap ticket cost.

Very disappointed again. Went on feb 15th 2020. Waiting time is 40 minutes to get 1 popcorn and 2 drinks, Ridiculous. They need a complete redesign of the way the vending works. Lots of wasted steps back behind the counter and it was unbelievable how long it took to get service. It's not the the fault of the employees, but there was many disgruntled customers....this place needs to get more organised or everyone will be going to 10-30 or once another cinema gets built nearby this one is going to be closed....nobody will go.

Understaffed! They won't sell tickets online and for a Sunday matinee they have about 50 families in line to buy tickets and only one cashier. Insane. If you have to come here make sure you arrive a good half hour before. Oh and they don't take debit so you have to use their 1 banking machine instead. NOT a great customer experience.

Movie was good. But it took 50 minutes in total to get tickets and a pop corn. I went with the kids...this is a long wait on top of missing the beggining of the movie. Poor planification to put only 2 staff on school break.

Never have I had a worse experience at a movie theater. Ever. My wife wanted to show up early so we could play the arcade games a little. The Guzzo near where she grew up had a decent arcade, this one does not. Ancient games, tokens only (non-remboursable), and a crummy atmosphere. We decided to get a couple of Beaver Tails and a Coke before the movie started. Come to find out we got tickets for the IMAX 3D, when I specifically requested just IMAX. Turns out the show we wanted started in 2 minutes, and the lines for concessions were RIDICULOUS. I sent my wife to get seats and I stood in line. 20 minutes later, I finally get to place my order (and find out they don't even have the flavor I wanted) and pay, only to find out Beaver Tails need to be made and the girl who took my order has to do it. She then left every person behind me waiting while she went to prepare them for ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. It's a good thing Jurassic World was decent (the first 20 minutes might have been terrible, I'll never know) otherwise I'd have blown $55 (!!) AND wasted 3 hours of my life. Overcharged for already overpriced tickets, poor snack selection, and horrible service all come together to ensure that you won't find me in this theatre ever again.
