I'll gladly admit I prefer the coffee at McD's rather than Tim Hortons. Service is quick and efficient EVERY SINGLE TIME and a medium coffee is about the same price. It's a win/win. I'm in and out before other people know I'm there.

Omg, It's the 4th time I'm there and yet again the WC are still disgusting. The whole place seems to be slightly dirty. Visible grime left by a never-ending crowd. The first time I came, it was clean, during the day, in the week. Now and the other 2 times were later in the day/weekend. Boy does it show. I guess it's a 4 star for drive tru.

This place is a mess! Garbage cans are overflowing, tables that are not bussed. You order your own food at the kiosks and the folks behind the counter barely look up as they are filling the orders. My burger was missing the bacon, so I had to go back up to the counter for then to fix my burger. I did there for 10 mins until I could flag the girl down that to my burger.. Apparently it was sitting there for a while.

They are very slow and made 2 mistakes on my burger twice! When I ask for no cheese and really emphasize that you can't eat the "processed cheese" they use, it turns out they still make mistakes. I live about a 5 minute drive from the McDonalds, and when you use the drive thru and don't want to drive back to the restaurant to correct the mistake, I end up scrapping the cheese off my meat. The Fries are always cold, drive thru or not. It seems impossible to get steaming hot fries like the old days. McDonalds will remain McDonalds, but the do need improvement.

We are visiting from MN and stopped here for breakfast on our way out of town. My elderly father was along and wanted to spend his Canadian money that he had accumulated over the years. As you can imagine, this took considerable time to sort out. Our cashier, Alexia, was patient, helpful and kind. We were amazed at the professional work ethic demonstrated by all employees- very different in the states.
