Holly molly this place is over charging for abysmal tasting food. The place wants to be a trendy hipster gastro Italian destination. It's turns out to be a poor imitation of an olive garden. The bread bar is the only reason for the 2 stars. Oh, and the server with a willingness to make it right. Being my first time I asked my server what should I order? I asked about the prominently featured spaghetti Bolognese, and was told maybe to try something else. I asked about the lasagna. I was told it was a very popular dish. Up we go with the lasagna choice, why not! First off the portion looked pretty small. Shallow and just a little larger than an individual frozen lasagna you would get at your local grocery store. By the way, the frozen lasagna would taste 10x better than what a received. It was just awful, no flavors, no seasoning, no spices, no herbs, just plain. The best I can describe the taste is, it was like a can of minestrone soup mixed with some tomato soup. Chef Boyardee tastes better by a mile. My server was nice enough to take it away and exchanged it for something else. I ordered one of their pizza. What a difference! Fresh, and tasty. But $17? No way it's worth that. Anyhoot, don't think the value and quality is there for me. Not coming here again unless it's free!

Alright, so my friend lives in Longueuil so we went there for her birthday supper; she liked the bread bar so why not. The decor is very nice, modern and sleek. The four of us (all in our twenties) sit at a table and the waitress, a middle-aged woman greets us. She immediately takes away the wine glasses, saying with a condescending tone: "I imagine you won't be taking any wine!" Woooow. Okay, well I'm hungry and we're already seated so let's look through the menu and order something. We ask 3 times for some water before she finally brings a small bottle, just enough to fill our four glasses. For such subpar food, it sure took a long time to arrive. The salads tasted like one of those premixed bags you buy at the grocery store. No originality. Canned beets. Nice. The bruschetta was good. Pizza was okay. The only thing I really liked are their fries with julienne zucchini and caramelized onions. Bread bar was okay; just some good old sliced bread with flavoured butter. I ended up eating many slices of bread and finished maybe 1/4 of my salad. I asked for it to-go, and the waitress paused. Looked at my plate with condescension. Finally agreed to wrap my plate up. The expression "péter plus haut que son cul" comes to mind. Worst service ever.

The 1 star was for the decor The food was terrible. I asked for gluten free pasta and they brought regular then my waiter had an attitude when he had to change it. My chicken breast was pre-cooked and probably old as hell. The dish was 96% salt and nasty. They gave me a complimentary cake but I'm fucking gluten free. Screw this place.

Good food, open bread bar, they have several different spreads (garlic, pesto, tomato...) you put the spread on yourself and put on an open grill. The staff was very friendly and instinctive.

Great service. Good driving distance fron hotels and Longueuil Metro Station. Excellent Italian food and ok wine list. Good portions for kids. And the "make your own bred grill" is always a pleasure!
