The pictures of the food looks great. It takes a bit of time to get your order in. There are like 4 or 5 people working here but they don't man the front desk all the time. The gentleman (Caucasian kid) that took my order was polite and took my order of the Yang-nyeum large order. I paid $40 plus $6 in taxes. He was up front and told me only boneless was an option and the wait would be 25 minutes. I said ok and waited. During that time so many customers came and left as there was no one at the front desk to help or take orders. Those that showed up and waited, had to wait longer. Luckily for me, my order came out just around the 30 minute mark. I took the food and left for my hotel. I open it up in excitement and see something completely different than advertised. The chicken is orange colored instead of red. There were no rice noodles either. I brought it alll the way back to the restaurant and told them they gave me the wrong order. The guy (African American kid) says no this is the correct order. He proceeds to say they always make it like this in this color and sauce. I showed him their own pictures in the restaurant and their yelp pictures too. They insisted this was the right order. I even pointed out my order is not only orange, there is no rice cakes. He then tells me there are no rice cakes in the whole restaurant right now and that it's only 4 pieces. Like, what kind of attitude is that? I paid a premium price and waited 30 minutes. You could've been more empathetic and understanding. My order looks nothing like their own advertisement. They should've told me there are no rice cakes too. Do not go here if you want what is advertised and value good service. They have false advertisement and act shady about the order and what you get. They are just kids trying to get through their day. I should've just went somewhere else. What a disappointment. Shame on the business for not giving a damn about their customers. Check out the picture comparison As for the food I did get, it's soggy chicken drenched in a lot of sauce. I don't know the flavor as I didn't get what I ordered. Usually chicken places ( Korean fried chicken) that take a half hour to prepare chicken double fry them and remain crispy even with sauce (even after delivery). This is far from the case here. The restaurant has 2 tiny round tables with no chairs. They also sell Korean style corn dogs. I feel bad for whomever invested in creating this business as their service and food is leaving such a bad impression on their brand.

Food was great, but a bit expensive for the portion sizes. Their sweet potato fries were AMAZING!! The food came out a little slow, but the owner was very kind and kept us in the loop/apologized for the wait. Overall the place is a bit small and can get crowded easily, making it loud while eating.
