Very very very bad customer service. Like the Soup N*zi in Seinfeld. The worst part is there are reviews below of the same guy Karim Hamrouni treating other customers horribly from two years ago, acting like he is the only car rental place in a small town in Algeria or Pakistan so he has power over customers and can treat them like garbage. He's still there. I don't see how I could trust Enterprise again. I got a Mercedes with a bad shimmy from the location near the airport, for a long-term insurance rental. When I got home, I called, they said they didn't have any cars they could give me, but I could exchange it at any location of Enterprise. I spoke with the Enterprise location nearest me, 1717 Berri, and explained I would like to exchange for a RAV-4, and they agreed. But when I arrived, the clerk told me that the "manager had decided" (against company rules) that they don't do exchanges, I would have to go back to the location that rented me the car, out at the airport. I reluctantly agreed, and left with the Mercedes with the shimmy. Calling the airport location, I'm informed they have no equivalent cars they could give me. Then I realized I could simply return the one with the shimmy and close that contract, then rent another car. I have up to $5000 to spend on any kind of transport while my car is being repaired. So I called back the 1717 Berri location, explained the above to a guy on the phone, who turned out to be the manager who behind the scenes had refused against company rules to exchange the car earlier. He kept getting the story wrong, saying I had already exchanged the car and now I want to exchange again? Even though he was the one who refused the exchange earlier. I said I'd be there at noon. He said he was busy then and asked me to come at 1:30 so he could have the time to "help me". When I got there, he was being passive-agressive, pretending to not be able to find my reservation, and saying "at the end of the day, we are trying to help you". Which he clearly was not so far. Walking towards the elevator to the car pickup area in the basement, he starts saying, so the car didn't have a shimmy when you got it, you've had it for a month and now you're saying you didn't cause the problem? Why did you wait a month? I had already discussed the situation with him at least four times: I had the Mercedes with the shimmy for one day. It is defective. I want to exchange for a RAV-4. So now he is making up false statements: the Mercedes didn't have a shimmy when I got it, and that I had had it for a month, saying again he was just trying to help me, when clearly he was not. At this point I am getting a bit annoyed and said, look, now you're making up false statements that are detrimental to me. I don't want to talk about this to you anymore, I just want to return the car and rent a new one. The guy snapped. He refused to get in the elevator, thrusting the Mercedes keys back at me, saying "I'll teach you how to talk to people". Take your keys back and leave. I'm not taking it back, and not renting you another one. Go away or I'll call security. I said to him, "I apologize". He snapped back, "There is no apology for that. I will teach you how to talk to people". I followed him back to the counter, and said, I think it's pretty clear I should deal with someone else. He said, "No, I am the manager, there is no one else, and I have decided. I am not taking your return and not renting you a car. Get away from my desk area, this is private property, do you want me to call security?". Then he said: and I don't care how you get out of the parking garage with your car. I'm not giving you a pass, you'll have to figure that out. I'll teach you how to talk to people! It turns out if you don't have a pass to get out, you have to pay the lost ticket rate, i.e. $22.50 daily parking rate or whatever it was. This guy is spitefully saying he knew he was causing me this problem. I went back down to the garage and the Mercedes with the shimmy and saw the key drop-off return box for Enterprise, so I took many pictures of the Mercedes inside and out, put the keys in the drop box with the gas and mileage and took a taxi home. The worst customer service I've experienced this millennium. Looking at other reviews, this guy has been pulling his Little Hitler power-trip act, treating customers like garbage to show he is superior to them, and causing serious problems with people's travel plans for over two years. But I would not choose to do business with Enterprise again knowing that Enterprise has been tolerating this guy treating customers like garbage and himself like a king who has total power, and he's still there. What kind of company would let that happen? P.S. Enterprise asked me to email them contact info and reservation numbers so they could address the issue, so I did... and they never replied. Low-quality operation all around. Not recommended.

Don't worry if you're late they'll be busy talking to each other while looking at your through the glass wall of their office. Once they acknowledge you go buy a cafe and a croissant as your car won't be ready and when you ask "is it ready" they will say "yes it is" but you can't go see it yet because they want it to be a surprise like Christmas morning. Do all Enterprise locations hate their customers? I don't know but I'm looking forward to being insulted, ignored, gaslit, and generally insulted in more because there are no other rental car companies. Oh, wait, there are! And I'll use them.

This is located inside the bus station. The staff is friendly & professional. The manager upgraded me to a premium car for a 20$ extra charge. Overall the process was smooth without hiccups. He also didn't try to push damage waiver insurance, unlike some other rentals that I have been to previously. They accidentally added a fuel refill charge to my contract, but getting them to refund it was really easy. 10/10 would go back again.

Dropped off a car without any hassle. Waited for the emailed final paperwork but it never came and the rental agreement was still open. Went back to the drop off location at the bus depot. The manager, Ahmed, remembered me and apologized. He was having to help wash the returned cars. He made sure the rental was closed properly and gave me a discount for my troubles.

Buyer beware. We booked a car the night prior and received a notification that the car would be available from 8am forward the following morning. The next morning we arrived at approximately 9:30am only to discover that Enterprise had already given our car away. We dealt with an associate named Karim Hamrouni. He told us that since we were over 1.5 hours late that we lost our reservation. This made no sense, there was absolutely nothing in writing indicating we had a window to pick up the car before losing the reservation. In addition we asked why he didn't reach out to us to at least warn us before giving the car away. He said it wasn't his responsibility. Giving the car away in this manner was clearly a mistake or horrific policy. In either case, instead of apologizing Karim was defensive and tried to turn the table of responsibility on us. We had to go across town to rent from Alamo and in so doing we lost 2.5 hours and lost 1 of the 2 days of skiing we had planned. I'm extremely unhappy about this experience. Rest assured I'll never rent from any Enterprise again. Not only are their business practices horrible but their staff is rude and unaccommodating. They had no concern for us and couldn't have cared less about the inconvenience they caused us. Nice knowing you Enterprise.

I've rented dozens of cars, vans and trucks in my life for personal and business use (at Enterprise and other companies), but this rental experience was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Due to travel issues, I was about 2 hours late for my reservation. When I arrived during normal business hours, there was no one at the location to rent the car to me. I called the number of the location and spoke with the manager, Karim Hamrouni. He informed me that because I was late, he cancelled my reservation after an hour, which he claims was the policy. In all my time renting cars, I have never come across this policy, and afterwards, I searched everywhere in the documents I received, and I could not find that policy stated anywhere. Regardless, I apologized for being late and asked if I could still get the car. Karim went on to tell me that I had to wait 30-45 minutes for him to return. I could have maybe made this work with my plans, but the way that Karim spoke to me during this conversation was truly appalling. He began to berate me, telling me that I would not show up for a plane flight 2 hours late and expect to take that flight (which is ridiculous, as plane travel is very different from renting a car). Every time I tried to speak, he would cut me off, yelling "MADAME, MADAME." At one point, I had to ask him if I could complete a sentence before he started talking over me. He was incredibly condescending and rude, and I felt he was speaking down to me because I am a woman. I was nearly in tears by the time I hung up on him. I went to another rental company, where service was speedy and very friendly. I know that Karim is not representative of Enterprise as a company, but looking at all the bad reviews that reiterate exactly my experience (check out Google for more), it is clear that Enterprise does not care that they have an employee (even worse as he is the location manager) who treats customers so awfully. For this reason, I will never rent from Enterprise again, and will implore the company I work with (300+ employees - Enterprise is our main rental service) and all my friends to rent elsewhere.

Interesting location in the bus depot but everything went smoothly. Picking up there was no wait, a very friendly woman who made it very easy and I was out. Return, I had to figure out where to go but it was fine after that. Very friendly, handshakes and all.
