Simply incredible experience.  Watching the dinner service is like a ballet with multiple staff serving a table in unison (so much so that it does have a bit of "The Menu" vibe). The food was delicious and very well paced.  My only criticism would be the portion sizes are smaller and I left hungry at the end of dinner service but keep in mind I do have a very fast metabolism.
Overall a fantastic experience and I look forward to coming back in a few months I'll just make sure to not arrive as hungry.

This dining experience was simply put, incredible. Came in very excited given it's reputation and recent recognition, The Pine delivered across the board with it's creative and cohesive 15 course tasting menu, impeccable wine pairings and service. Could not recommend this more to anyone. Looking forward to visiting again.

This place was quite unbelievable. What a hidden Gem in the middle of creemore. One of the best meals I've had since doing a Michelin star tour of Paris! James is a gastronomic genius. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and I highly recommend you go as soon as possible.

A genuinely phenomenal experience through and through. An evening with exquisite blends of flavours and complimentary elements to each and every dish handled with the utmost care and attention to detail, right to the presentation of the dish; as well as, the minor story that accompanies the dish presented by each and every staff. Each having their own flare and unique characteristic to the table; from calm, friendly and professional to over the top and comical making every encounter memorable.
Each dish given would over shadow the previous one and raise the stakes every time. Every time you think you've found your favourite dish, the following one beats it out of the top spot. The cooks and chef are very accommodating to specific allergies and food preferences providing creative and brilliant substitutions. I could literally go on with such a positive evening experience we had, but overall I must say that the staff have been very communal and personable paired by memorable plates of diverse and alluring flavours and exquisitely crafted dishes.
I would be a fool not to highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and have them experience it for themselves.
I wholeheartedly enjoyed every moment.
