The rooms were dirty with no Wi-Fi. No shampoo or conditioner and the light barely works. The sheets aren’t very clean. Breakfast is mediocre. Outside of the rooms, there is a view of the volcano which is nice. Location is ok. 10 min walk from downtown area.

Lovely place and close to the town centre. Walking distance. Friendly staff and very clean. Can see the mountain.

Truly a wonderful experience. This place looks exactly like the photos - little bungalows with a beautiful view of the Arenal Volcano. Walking distance to downtown La Fortuna and a close drive to the waterfall, national park, and hanging bridges. The staff are very kind and the breakfast was wonderful. We had air conditioning, hot water, and a little mini fridge. Modest little place perfect for an authentic Costa Rica feel.

Rustic rooms with good linens and furniture to play cards/eat as a family. The air conditioner was in good condition and so was the fridge.
We appreciated the staff who were all very friendly. Loren at the reception even helped us order pizza to our room one evening. This is the one stay where we did not have ants in our room or bathroom. It was clean but the walls could use a good wash.

The grounds here are a real plant and bird lovers dream. The volcano view is great on the rare occasion that the sky is clear.
Breakfast is sufficient although we wish the restaurant was open for additional meals although the ten minute walk to town was enjoyable and very very safe. Even after dark.

The hotel was fine, not too expensive but pretty near to downtown.  THE SERVICE WAS AWFUL. There was a woman in the reception that clearly didn't want to work. She was hostile. The rest of the staff were really great people. The included breakfast wasn't that tasty either.
