This is one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at. Staff are so friendly and everyone we encountered provided the best service. It felt very private and secluded. The food was good. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the hammock, the private pool and the outdoor shower was heavenly. The thermal pools were quite nice. Wildlife all over the property. I highly recommend!

We had a fabulous family trip! We stayed in the family tent. Even through it was raining, it was peaceful, relaxing, and all around an enjoyable experience in the thermals.
The staff were top notch! They remembered our names, even my son’s name, they were always helpful and greeted us with a smile! They had a nature walk on the grounds, a fun family event!
The beds were super comfy, the whole area was clean and felt safe.
Our family will be back for a longer visit!

By far the most amazing experience I have had at a resort, we went for our anniversary and every single team member was incredible in their care and knowledge about the resort and food. Even when I expressed to our buggy driver I really wanted to see a sloth and we had only one day left he immediately made it happen I got to see one right at the resort just wild hanging in the tree.

Our room was epic with a private hot spring plunge pool. We stayed in Casa Dana.

There are 5 restaurants making it so enjoyable to dine out for variety. Every meal was amazing (the breakfast buffet could do with more fresh / veg options but it was low season which is understandable). The bar team also made me fresh tea from sage, mint and lemon sliced one of their mums recipe when I expressed how much I love a good nourishing tea not from a bag.

Our tours that were led by the Nayara team were also incredibly informative and entertaining!

You can really tell from top down how the team are cared for and invested in by how they all consistently serve the guests. What a great job!

This hotel was magical! They really go out of their way to try to make your stay perfect. The room was incredible and perfect for two adults and two teens. So much space and privacy! There is so much included and you don’t feel like you are nickel and dimed. The tours with the on site naturalists were also wonderful. We were here for a week and are sad to leave (leaving tomorrow). My only wish is that they would let you mix and match the happy hour drinks (you need to get two of the same drink for the special), but that’s so minor. The rest of the trip was just spectacular!

My family and I recently stayed at Nayara Tented Camp, and I can confidently say that it absolutely deserves all the accolades it receives. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was impeccable. The staff were not only sharp and attentive but also kind, genuine, and incredibly generous. It’s rare to find a place where you feel truly valued, and Nayara delivered that experience effortlessly.

One of the standout aspects of our stay was the feeling of true value. The rate includes thoughtful extras like a selection of items in the minibar, breakfast (whether in your room or at the restaurant), and even laundry services. These touches made our stay feel even more luxurious and stress-free.

Our room was large, beautifully appointed, and perfectly suited for our family of four (two adults and two kids). We never felt cramped; in fact, the space was more than adequate. Now that we've moved on to the Four Seasons, I can't help but feel short-changed by the rooms here. Nayara Tented Camp is far superior in terms of comfort and space.

The dining experience was also exceptional. We had dinner at two of the restaurants on the property, and both meals were outstanding. The quality and creativity of the cuisine truly enhanced our stay.

Overall, Nayara Tented Camp exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s a place that combines luxury with heart, and we would return in a heartbeat.
