We had a perfect stay at Esperanza!

The highlight was the friendly staff who went above and beyond to provide phenomenal service.

We were welcomed with a seamless check-in process, our bags were whisked away to our casita and we were presented with welcome margaritas, snacks, and a birthday cake. Our room was also decorated with birthday balloons. Housekeeping left treats for us every day including tiny straw figurines and fresh flowers. Michelle and the concierge team were available 24/7 via text for help with reservations, room service, and whatever else we needed.

There were two adults only infinity pools overlooking the ocean, each with hot tubs, which were incredibly gorgeous and relaxing and offered excellent poolside service.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

I had been staying at The Cape, a Thompson hotel by Hyatt.  It was so beautiful and the service and staff were outstanding.  Beautiful ocean view rooms! Now I am at Esperanza Auberge.  The hotel is beautiful but I think the Cape had more spectacular views. Check in was very easy. I have a bottom floor room and it is very noisy. Sounds like whomever is in the room above is scraping furniture across the floor in the early morning and late at night.  Asked 2 different concierge about it and was told they would check into it but have not had a response back.  Such a shame as it is a lovely resort.

We had the most incredible time staying at Esperanza. Sebastian was so professional and helpful. He helped answer so many questions before we arrived and went above and beyond for us with reservations and accommodations during our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful Cocina Del Mar- incredible service, gorgeous views and HUNDREDS OF WHALES. An experience I’ll never forget. Thank you!

Just fabulous. We stayed in one of the homes and one night in the top floor condos. We really liked both, if you are someone who likes quiet and privacy do the house. If you like being closer to the action while still quiet do the condos.

Pools were large and very nice. Restaurants were great. Some kids around but not a ton if that is a concern. The pool on the east end closer to the beach was our favorite.

Abraham was a fantastic host. He made the room shift super easy while we were golfing.

We enjoyed an amazing week at the Esperanza facilitated by our very attentive butler Enrique. Enrique took excellent care of us and we were so grateful for the service he provided. The resort is absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to come back.
