Great experience at the Hello Kitty Cafe! The staff was very welcoming, and their desserts were amazing!! Definitely worth visiting if you’re a big hello kitty fan whether you’re an adult or have children.

This was our first visit at the Hello Kitty Café. Our waitress was Danna and she was really friendly and attentive. Despite the other reviews saying the food wasn’t as good, we enjoyed their seasonal Rosca de Reyes with a tiny hello kitty inside and their chilaquiles. The food and ambiance were 10/10.

I am visiting from America and this is my second visit. I love it here! The food is good, but the desserts are the true selling point here with how delicious and cute they are.

Ale was our waitress for the day. She was attentive and very kind. The food was not the best I've had in Mexico City but it wasn't the worst. To be honest I wasn't here for the food but more for the vibe and aesthetic. Overall great experience. I recommend making  a reservation because if you don't have one you will have to wait more than an hour on a weekday.

The place is the perfect pink and girly plan for a fun chat with your friends. There are a lot of people going to celebrate birthdays. Also, I love the implicit dress code, everyone is always wearing something pink.
