Only market I went to on my trip and it was nice! It’s not been for tall people so just be careful as you walk through so you don’t accidentally knock over anything. The vendors were friendly and not too pushy. There’a food and drinks inside. It’s a really good spot to shop for souvenirs. I had a really nice chat with one of the vendors and she helped me pick stuff out to get for friends and family.

Fantastic local marketplace that's been open to the public for hundreds of years. Steeped in culture and tradition this once outdoor bazaar has moved indoors to shelter the patrons from any inclement weather and to provide a uniquely awesome shopping experience. No matter what it is you're looking to buy this market will absolutely have it. There's a great quesadilla tienda in the center to grab some local handmade bites to fuel your shopping spree too!

So much to look at! This colourful, bustling market offers fresh and prepared foods, crafts, plants, toys and more. Friendly vendors and very clean bathrooms that you pay to use.  The market is in the centre of town - walk to Casa Azul, Cafe Jarocho and the town square.
