Very good service and vibes. Good atmosphere with interesting music and candles. They have a good Mezcal menu.

Absolutely top tier. I almost hesitate to leave a review for fear of it getting anymore popular. Super beautiful dim setup, great for chill folks who are fine with a bit of a packed experience. I’m pretty sure the owner made this bar so they could play weird music for people and I’m here for it. The mezcal selection is very impressive and the staff are super sweet. Will be back. Thank you!

Just deliciousness. First off, my fabulous waiter Michel, remembered my name each time he came over (despite is being a Friday night and extremely jam packed). He was so kind and sweet. Second off, the food was just fuego. I hopped off the plane and was ravenous so made this my first dinner in the city. I got the house salad (which ok yum this is the best house salad I have EVER eaten in my life) and the avocado taco with..bugs?! Pictured below. And yes, the taco was also fabulous. And lastly, the vibe was so welcoming and vibes. 10/10 will return thank you!

Bósforo: A Mezcal Oasis in the Heart of Mexico City

Nestled in the vibrant Colonia Centro, Bósforo is not just any bar; it’s a **mezcal lover's paradise**. Located at Luis Moya 31-local 2, this establishment radiates a unique ambiance that captivates both locals and travelers alike. With its dimly lit setup adorned with candles, the atmosphere is a blend of cozy intimacy and trendy vibes, making it a perfect spot for a chill evening out.

Upptäckte denna plats i december och kom tillbaka igen i februari två gånger. Det är en liten liten bar med mezannine, med restaurangen intill - även om vi beställde benmärgsskålen satt att baren förra gången vi kom. Det serverar buteljerat öl och ett brett utbud av konstgjorda mezcaler - över ett eklektiskt ljudspår. Det är mörkt, varmt och packat vanligtvis. Observera att den öppnas vid 7 och inte 6 som anges på dörren. Restaurangen har ett stort urval av rätter - alla är utmärkt kokta. Vi gick för benmärgen (igen) 4 eller 5 ben att skrapa igenom, pumpa blommasoppa och rökt bläckfisk. Högt rekommenderad.

På övervåningen av det som ser ut som en cantina, nära den historiska enklaven i staden är ett loft med mycket grönska och snabbt svar från den fantastiska personalen. Vill du förbättra din mezcal cred? Vi försökte 8 alternativ med mellanmål mat till interleaved utrymme för överflöd. Fantastiskt gemensamt för att dela med kompisar.

Både vänner och vår guidebok rekommenderas Bosforo. När vi letade efter det hittade vi rätt adress, men det fanns två små restauranger istället. Companion frågade om namnet på restaurangen utan skyltar, och flickan vid dörren kallade det bara, "Sin Nombre", vilket är vad vi fortfarande kallade det fem dagar senare. Vi åt hälften av våra nätter på Sin Nombre, och kom att tro att det var Bosforo. En anslutning Stateside sa nej, det är restaurangen. Bosforo är dörren i mitten mellan restaurangerna. Restaurangen själv är stor, kanske den största affären i Mexico City. Smal och mörk med småbord, men det fungerar. Mat är billigt eller rimligt och av exceptionell kvalitet. Nästan ingenting över $ US 10. Companion hade tre stora måltider, och jag tror att jag bara slog ut på kaninen i jordnötsmolle, som inte gick mycket för det. Men jag fick äntligen att äta Chicatana (myror) i en underbar tamale insvept i bananblad. Nej Var. Annan. Companions favorit var den enda tostadaen, som hon jämförde med en fisksallad. Allt är helt enkelt men elegant gjort. Den enda avstängningen för mig var öppningsskålen med tunga, överdrivna färdiga tortillakvarnar som kom med varje måltid. Vi såg massor av förlorade turister koka i huvudet och sedan gå vidare, vilket gjorde att äta här alla sötare. Vad sägs om mezcal? Be om menyn. De delar mezcals med Bosforo nästa dörr, och sorten om tillräckligt att endast den mest härdade mezcalista inte skulle vara nöjd. Allt för $ MX 75 en en oz. Häll i. Jag var tvungen att försöka Sierra Negra, ett riktigt eldvatten men läckert precis detsamma. Jag hade träffat en av deras beslutsfattare och det var allt - mycket kul att vara i vet. Vi gjorde slutligen det till Bosforo natten före vår avresa, och efter middagen och mezcal bredvid. Dörren var öppen, så platsen måste vara öppen. Bakom den magiska gardinen var det mörkt, det heralderade menybrädet oläsligt i dimmen. Mat här kommer från restaurangen. Jag antar att om du är yngre med bättre ögon (eller kanske en ficklampa), skulle det inte vara en avstängning. Stort urval av mezcals, med tre flygningar går endast för $ MX 240. Vi såg samma pris för singelhäll i Coyoacan. Det är en riktig affär om du kan stå stämningen. För oss, för liten, och inte särskilt välkomnande. Personalen (restaurang igen) är ung och hip och de talar alla engelska om de drivs till ett sådant ändamål.

Om du letar efter ett ställe att utforska den fantastiska världen av mezcal, gå hit. De erbjuder ett brett utbud av alternativ och bartenderna var hjälpsamma och glada att ge vägledning / rekommendationer - oavsett hur välbekant du kan vara på var du ska börja.

Nära hela den historiska stadskärnan i Mexico City sitter denna lokala tunga Mezcal bar. Den har ett riktigt coolt loftområde uppifrån, en toppkvalitet och ett flertal mezcals. Det är ett mycket mysigt utrymme så det är hårt när det är upptagen. Om du bor nära detta område skulle jag gratis rekommendera att gå här.

Vi slutade här för drinkar före middagen och det var jättebra. Utrymmet är begränsat och det kan bli trångt, men utrymmet är coolt och tjänsten är snabb och vänlig. De har liten batch mezcal och du berätta vad de vill ha och de kommer att ge dig något gott. Beställ en öl för att tvätta det hela med. Önskar vi hade mer tid här, som det verkade som en rolig plats

Jag gick två gånger i denna fantastiska bar i Mexico City. Mezcal är riktigt bra och billigt. Människor som arbetar där är snälla och också Stämningen är unik! ! ! Vill du komma tillbaka

Vi besökte Bosforo efter en sen middag för att avsluta kvällen på mezcal och tequila! När vi kom var baren packad vilket är ett gott tecken! Det tunna ut lite snart och vi fortsatte att ha en bra kväll! Ett bra utbud av drycker och en riktigt cool atmosfär. Tjänsten var stor och vänlig = rekommenderas!

Det här stället även om informella tar deras mezcal på allvar. Jag försökte flera varje en ganska hade en annan karaktär men alla utsökta. Bartendern var full av användbar information och entusiasm för hans noggrant utvalda handgjorda mezcal.

Letar efter en intensivkurs i mescal? Det här är stället. Ett enormt utbud att välja mellan, genom dessa är tyvärr ingen spelserie kan du hitta på taxfree på flygplatsen. Det lokala, litet parti- och täcker hela spektret av smak. Du måste veta vad du letar efter men när du finner de röda draperier blir du nöjd du gjorde det. Och massor av lokalbefolkningen bevisar detta är värd tjuta den banade vägen för.

Besökte på vår sista natt att prova en del mescal på den rekommendation av en lokal vän. Vi träffade där bara efter 10:00 på en tisdag kväll, och svart minigris upp till baren. Bartendern tog med en titt på oss och frågade om vi ville prova några mescal. Vi sa ja och hon tog med oss två olika vinsorter och en tallrik av skivat apelsiner. Vi hängde upp ut för timmar, du lyssnar på den fantastiska musik och du njuter av de personer på valar. Det är att sällsynta ställe att's inte ett dyk och inte en turistfälla antingen. Rekommenderas!

Bra, kanske inte dolt, eftersom vi fann det, men om du inte vet det finnas där, i denna stad med 20 miljoner plus skulle det vara hårt pressad att stöta på det. Kom dit på en måndag kväll runt 10:00 och det var hoppar. Svagt upplysta, en tall rum i rödbrunt och browns. Personalen hjälper gärna att blanda ihop bra cocktails. Inte alls dyrt. Alla vänliga.
