Very surprised by the negative reviews.

Ate from the a la carte menu, and it was the best meal I had during my week vacation in Mexico City where I ate at multiple Michelin star / recommended restaurants.

Flavours were there and the price was very reasonable. Service was also very attentive. I had a no cilantro preference and they accommodated this request perfectly.

We had arrived 10 minutes early and were seated promptly, being the first ones inside it was a very welcoming experience. They were so kind and attentive that my wife at the time, had a stomach ache they made her a tea to help her feel better throughout the courses. It was a one of a kind experience for us and we would do it again. As far as the food goes the flavors, textures, as well as the mixed drinks were all an experience. If you are able to experience it I highly recommend it.

Great service. Efficient and friendly. Food was good, maybe some dishes were a bit simple and I didn’t find the desserts to be good, they were very sweet and greasy. Venue was cozy, nice ambience overall. Great that you can bring your own wine for 600 pesos. A good experience for a Michelin star.

We went to the feliz navidad seating on the eve leading up to Christmas.

Overall, we were very happy with the meal - perhaps our best of the trip to Mexico City.

Service was a little hectic at times because they were doing two seatings in the evening which creates a ton of pressure on the kitchen and staff.

Food was really good and they were able to tune the menu to be pescatarian for us.

We would certainly go back.  Super helpful as well when I was booking and had some questions.

We recently dined at Em, a Michelin 1-star restaurant. While the service was attentive and the environment pleasant, the food did not meet our expectations.

The dishes, though nicely presented, were overly savory and oily, leaving us feeling uncomfortably full and heavy afterward. For a Michelin-starred establishment, we expected a more balanced and refined culinary experience.

While the service and atmosphere were good, the food itself was disappointing and didn’t feel worth the price or the recognition.
