Totally overpriced and in quite average conditions. It seems the owners are saving a lot. It has been a house converted into a hotel. There are 3 small rooms right at the pool area with 0 privacy as everybody is sitting and eating right in front of your door in the dining area and they can look into your room through the windows. If anybody uses the pool you get all the noise. We woke up at 7am as one family decided to swim! The ferry arrives around 10am but the check-in is at 3pm. There is no reception area with air conditioning. So you have to sit in the yard next to the pool that is terribly hot as it gets the sun all day long. The hottest hours of my life! Instead of a reception there is a kitchen which smells a lot of food. We were told there were kayaks and sup to use. All lies. There is one kayak and one sup and only one paddle. I'd like to ask the owners how much does an extra kayak and paddle cost when they charge 160$ for an overpriced run-down room. The island itself is tiny and has very little to offer. The ferry is very expensive. While we were there the hotel had issues and the electricity and water was cut off for the entire stay. The owners did not care to contact us, offer a compensation (we contacted them) and what is more next day when we checked out they had more guests coming while there was still no light and water. It is very sad to see how much they try to milk their clients just to make extra bucks. The pictures are much nicer than the reality. Spend your money in a place that has much more charm, love and respect for their clients. The staff was very friendly though.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet, tree lined neighborhood of La Condessa. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Staff was very polite and helpful. They have a secure entrance with someone on-site at all times. There is a beautiful covered garden courtyard for drinks and breakfast. Fantastic margaritas.
We were able to walk to several restaurants and felt very safe at all times. There are three beautiful parks very near, with walking trails. Highly recommend this place.

Recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. Boutique hotel with friendly staff. We stayed here for a long weekend and the staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Quiet street - felt safe in the neighborhood. Very accommodating when we had to extend our stay when my husband and I were sick. Highly recommend!

Recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was served on a lovely outdoor terrace. The breakfast staff were kind and efficient, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

The room we stayed in was on the first floor. While it was a bit small, it was comfortable and perfectly fine for two adults, even with our suitcases. Not sure the room had ac, but a fan was provided. The location of the hotel was a major plus – it was situated on beautiful tree-lined streets, and there were plenty of great small restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy local cuisine.

Overall, this hotel was a great choice for our stay, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a charming neighborhood.

Excellent stay in this small hotel. The reception staff were attentive and gave us good recommendations and assistance when needed. The breakfast was very nice, served on a heated outdoor terrace and the staff was there was really nice and efficient. The room (first floor) was as shown in the photos, not very big but it was comfortable and fine for two adults, even with suitcases. The location was a major upside and likely a driver of the high rate we paid.
