LIFE CHANGING TACOS!!! Wowwwww! I’ve now been to 7 places off the top 50 list and no wonder they’re in the Michelin Guide! great service and staff and MUST TRY THE COSTRAS!!! my goodness what an experience. Their toppings are fantastic. Excellent quality of ingredients as well.

As someone who has visited many Michelin-recommended spots, I’ve occasionally found myself wondering how some of them earned their spot on the list, and this taco place is a prime example. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge fan of Mexican cuisine, and this spot isn’t bad by any means. But does it truly deserve Michelin recognition? That’s up for debate

Are the tacos good? Sure, but the experience is inconsistent. Some tacos shine more than others. For instance, the al pastor is solid, not exceptional, but good. On the other hand, the chorizo tacos leave much to be desired. One time they were burned, another time over salted. And the chorizo with queso might as well be called "queso with chorizo" because of the overwhelming amount of cheese. In fact, nearly every taco with queso tends to be overly cheesy, making them rich and unbalanced rather than well crafted

That said, I still recommend giving this place a try, as taste is highly subjective, and some might genuinely enjoy it. However, for me, the question lingers: does this spot really meet the high standard expected of a Michelin recommendation?

Amazing tacos! They also offer some vegetarian options, mostly cheese-based. I ordered the cazuela con champiñones, and it was superb! If you go during lunch or dinner hours, it’ll be incredibly crowded, with barely any space to eat, even while standing. We ended up eating outside at the bar-like counter they have. But the food quality absolutely justifies the crowd. Definitely worth it 🤩🌮

The place is small and its standing room only to eat but totally worth it. Tacos were great, chorizo con queso and Al pastor were our favourites. Out of curiosity we ordered the jugo de carne and loved it!
