Loved everything about this place.
Great design, amazing rooftop space and cocktails (a welcome drink was particularly welcome!).

Noise levels: we stayed at Volga during the week and it was super quiet except for one night at the end of the week. It is surprisingly quiet for the location.
In the morning and at night they open/close the roof so it's a bit noisy but for a short time.

The towels have the most incredible smell - I need the recipe!

Included breakfast was very good.
Staff was super nice and responsive, you can text them on WhatsApp.

Note: First day of mini bar is free (nice!) including 4 coffee pods; after that you have to pay for coffee pods for your Nespresso machine. If you're staying longer and are a coffee addict just get your own pods from a nearby supermarket.

Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Beautiful lower level public space, great service from staff

Cons: tiny room with a view of the cool cenote, but it has bars covering most of it so you can’t see. WiFi does not work consistently. I’ve been tethering with my phone- awful setup. Do not stay here if you want to work. Thin walls- I got woken up several times at night

Beautiful hotel. We had the best stay here! We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely had nothing but the best things to say about the hotel. The restaurants food and cocktails were top notch, some of the best food we had in Mexico City! The building staff went above and beyond for our stay! Loved every second. 10 out of 10- would absolutely recommend!

As you step down to the “cenote” you’ll go speechless. You can notice the attention to details in the music, furniture, lighting, staff attention. The atmosphere of the hotel turns to a whole with all the elements perfectly matching.

You have the Elora restaurant inside of the hotel as well as Minos sound room.

When you go make sure to don’t miss the terrace with pool for a day hang out. Make your way down to the cenote for some cocktails, order a nice dinner at Elora, and make your reservation for Minos to dance all night long.

That’s how I recommend the Volga experience as a whole.

Very nice hotel. The room is well designed and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast was a nice bonus.
