I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. It is tranquil, elegant, in a perfect location and the staff were superb- kind, welcoming, sincere and helpful. A special shout out to Camila on the front desk, so professional and courteous!

The hotel itself is an old style building that has been beautifully and tastefully renovated. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with all the necessities including an Nespresso machine! The bathroom had underfloor heating and a spacious shower.

The hotel has a rooftop back that overlooks the main cathedral- quite the view.

The hotel is within walking distance of all the key sights and food spots.

If we return to Guanajuato, we would definitely stay in this hotel again!

we were there 3 weeks ago. we were 4 persons. the one room was on the first floor , which was big with an enormous bathroom ( and the clauset in the bathroom!!! very strange!). The other room was on the basement ( behind the bar ) , without ANY WINDOW! Who could imagine that you would take a room without a window. of course the room on the 1 floor had window facing the inner garden, but it was closed and you could not open it to take some fresh air.  although the redesign of this old house is nicely done, the architect did not designed it correctly regarding the room space ! The lady at the reception was helpful and spoke english. Other than that the staff at the rooftop could not speak english and giving your order was very difficult. The catalogues were also only in spanish! Finally we complained about the rooms, with no windows , and the reception told us that the most hotels in Mexico are like that. ( yes , later we faced this issue again!). We changed rooms the next day , and took 2 rooms on the first floor , which had a window and a balcony. Of course we paid more, but the manager made a discount since we complained.  The hotel was in very good location. Breakfast was plenty , and an evening we ate at the restaurant , where the food was very tasty.

Incredible place, the exposed masonry plus the perfect finishes make this Hotel Boutique one of the most beautiful in Guanajuato.
It is located in the middle of the city, in one of the old Casonas del Centro, they also feature a Rooftop Bar (The Sterling) and a gin bar by the lobby.
Up in the rooftop, they serve food. Their menu is small, but on point, the Mexican Nouveau style kitchen will be a perfect add-on to your experience while you are sitting and watching the sun set in the distance.

Very nice Hotwl but really no Service. First they lost my Reservation and instead of booked 3 nights they finally found a room for 2 nights. Breakfastservice is to forget, Coffee cold and when I asked for a Hot one this did not arrice after 10 minutes... and now coming back after a few hours room is not made even leaving the paper on the door doingso, this is a 1 Star hotel!!!!
