This was truly a refreshing and relaxing vacation. I was here for a wedding with my girlfriend. The ambiance, food, & friendly staff made this a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend. Great historical and libation spots nearby to further explore Cuernavaca as well!

This is an incredible place in a magical city.  The on site restaurant is the best in the city with an award winning chef.  Rooms are beautifully appointment in a minimalist, clean style.  The property holds the charm of old cuernavaca with modern touches.  Service is excellent. Will stay again.

I recently stayed in this hotel because i needed to relax for a few days away from the craziness of everday life and I truly enjoyed my time there.

I stayed during weekdays so it was clamer than usual which i loved, especially during covid. I had booked a Queen room but i asked if there is a complementary upgrade, and they were able to upgrade me to a Suit. It was so beautiful and lovely.

The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained, the staff is super firendly, and the minimally designed and modern rooms offer you all you need to relax. The restaurant has very good quality food and the complementary breakfast (in room price) is great.

the area is amazing, and the hotel is walking distance to everything you need.

The only complain is the quality of wifi. The signal was very weak and i couldnt really be connected to the internet on my laptop. I had to use my phone data quite a bit. I also found it odd that the rooms did not have a fridge. it would be nice to have one to keep beverages and some food fresh.

I highly recommnend this hotel to couples and people traveling solo who need a nice, charming, and relaxing place to stay.

Very nice boutique hotel right near the City Center in Cuernavaca.  The area around the hotel is safe and walkable and close to multiple key attractions.  The building is unassuming from the outside, but once inside, especially in the rooms, it is very luxurious.  The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and often greets you by name.  The food at the "House" restaurant is excellent, and the setting for meals is romantic, around a small pool (no longer used for swimming).  The main swimming pool is a few steps down from the main area and the water temperature in it was perfect.  Our room was very modern, with stylish décor, comfortable beds, strong A/C, and high-end bath facilities.  It is a historic building, so it is not really handicapped accessible, and there are a few steps here and there.  COVID-19 precautions were excellent, and included all staff wearing masks, temperature checks for all incoming visitors, cutlery provided in sealed bags, and thorough washing of common areas.

Only had lunch there once; great service, beautiful interior design and a very nice menú. We had the hummus, guacamole and pizza margarita (pizza was really good, nice thin crust and fresh basil leaves), also a mojito (absolutely delicious, they really put a lot of mint in it)
