We went in an all inclusive trip with friends from work. The resort, the view, the weather, the food, the golf course, the boat tours and amenities were amazing! Felt like another world. The staff was great as well. The only negative is that I had $$$ stolen out of my wallet by room service when we left for a 6pm dinner reservation and returned at 10pm. The room was cleaned up and organized but I notice my wallet was moved. Woke up the next morning to tip the server who brought breakfast to our room and all of our cash was gone from my wallet. I shouldn’t have left it out by accident but you still don’t expect that at all high end resort like this. I reported it to security and they weren’t able to find anything. Shocker. With that being said, it was still a wonderful trip. I should’ve been more careful with my belongings.

We visited Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—everyone went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The location is truly stunning, with a beautiful beach and breathtaking views. We especially loved the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and the incredible starry nights. It was the ideal place to celebrate such a special occasion, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the entire Four Seasons team for making this trip so memorable! We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Be aware! This is nothing like a Four Seasons resort!  Cockroaches everywhere!!

No Lifeguards! This is a family hotel, and there should always be a lifeguard near the sea and the pool, which we did not see any.

There were so many cockroaches everywhere inside the hotel premises. They were inside the spa, inside our room, in the bar and food area and hallways.
Cockroaches represent unhealthy and filthy environment. They carry so much diseases.

Also, roaches are my biggest phobia and when I saw the first one, after receiving a message on the spa, I freaked out. That was our first day. The staff at the spa was very kind and helpful and they tried to help me by calming me down and safely getting me out to the front desk to speak to a manager on duty.

We spotted another cockroach creeping out of our bathroom sink in our room. We informed the management and the fumigated the room. It was almost impossible to sleep and breath inside our room. We were coughing and developed severe headaches. We were not only terrified but we got sick.

The Managemt was not very helpful. He told me that I cannot come and ask for free things and more discounts each time I see another roach.

The hotel was very unorganized and dirty. There were barely any staff at the pool and beach area.
There were dirty towels everywhere.

The hotel management did compensate the first night and waved the sap fee. However, I am still not satisfied with the result. I have contacted the Four Seasons Head office and spoke to them about my experience.
Not happy about it.

Don’t waste your money. And do not go there.

Lovely location with views of the ocean from the infinity pool. Excellent service by the pool. Enjoy a beverage of choice and ceviche of mahi-mahi. Play a round of golf if so incline. Lovely par 3 over the water. You’ll be forced to go and enjoy.

This resort in punta mita near puert vallarta sits next to the ocean amidst  jungle foliage and has a top-notch food and beverage option that will leave you happy and satisfied. We definitely recommend it.
