Déçu...
Il y avait tout pour faire quelque chose de bien, mais le résultat est mitigé.
Ce n'est pas aussi calme que prévu, toutes les chambres sont collées les unes aux autres, et vous entendrez tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres mitoyennes (même le voisin qui tousse). L'hôtel a eu la mauvaise idée de fournir des enceintes portables, ce qui signifie que vous devrez également subir la musique des autres (c'est la pire idée possible dans un lieu qui prône le calme, c'est incompréhensible...).
L'hôtel est beau, mais les finitions ne sont pas à la hauteur : les piscines sont sales, le matériel du "beach club" et autour de la piscine est mal choisi et peu agréable (les fauteuils de plage sont très inconfortables).
Je tiens également à préciser qu'il est dangereux de se baigner à la plage de l'hôtel (drapeau rouge constant et absence de surveillance).
Enfin, il n'y a quasiment rien à faire autour de l'hôtel. Je le savais, mais comme les commodités de l'hôtel ne sont ni agréables ni confortables, cela rend le séjour assez long (4 nuits).
Au final, le rapport qualité-prix est plutôt mauvais, et c'est bien dommage. Par ailleurs, ce n'est pas un vrai 5 étoiles (standards US et européens).

Disappointed...
There was everything to do something good, but the result was mixed.
It's not as quiet as expected, all the rooms are next to each other, and you will hear everything that happens in the adjoining rooms (even the neighbor coughing). The hotel had the bad idea of ​​providing portable speakers, which means that you will also have to put up with other people's music (this is the worst possible idea in a place that promotes calm, it's incomprehensible...).
The hotel is beautiful, but the finishes are not up to par: the swimming pools are dirty, the equipment in the "beach club" and around the swimming pool is poorly chosen and not very pleasant (the beach chairs are very uncomfortable).
I would also like to point out that it is dangerous to swim at the hotel beach (constant red flag and lack of supervision).
Finally, there is almost nothing to do around the hotel. I knew that, but since the hotel amenities are not nice or comfortable, it makes the stay quite long (4 nights).
In the end, the quality-price ratio is rather bad, and that's a shame. Furthermore, it is not a real 5 star (US and European standards).

Expérience unique avec impression de bout du monde dans cet endroit reculé et sauvage. L’hôtel, ses jardins, tout est sublime et recherché.
Nous avons été vraiment impressionné de la qualité du service : Staff extrêmement gentil, souriant, bienveillant, à l’écoute et très réactif : il y a même un double service de housekeeping par jour pour s’assurer que tout va bien et pour distribuer de l’eau.
Nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance et avons été accueillis par Josephine qui nous a présenté tout le domaine en attendant que notre chambre soit à disposition (ce qui a été fait extrêmement rapidement pour nous arranger).
Le dîner en trois temps par un chef local et le petit déjeuner sont délicieux et sains.
Bref une expérience dont nous nous souviendrons longtemps.

We were really impressed with the quality of the service: Extremely kind, smiling, caring, attentive and very responsive staff: there is even a double housekeeping service per day to ensure that everything is going well and to distribute water.
We arrived a little early and were greeted by Josephine who introduced us to the entire area while waiting for our room to be available (which was done extremely quickly to accommodate us).
The three-course dinner by a local chef and breakfast are delicious and healthy.
In short, an experience that we will remember for a long time.

El hotel está impresionante le hubiera dado un 10/10 si hubieran puesto aire acondicionado en los cuartos el Calor está fatal y cerrarán al 100% los cuartos por todos los insectos que se te meten en la noche, aparte de eso fenomenal.

The hotel is impressive, I would have given it a 10/10 if they had put air conditioning in the rooms. The heat is terrible and they will close the rooms 100% because of all the insects that get in at night, apart from that it's phenomenal.
