These people take care of these animals and give excellent tours with information. Holding the monkeys, snakes, and parrots was an awesome experience for the kids and adults. You can take your own pictures and they take pictures the whole time as well, for a fee they will send you the pictures they take in high resolution. Worth every penny for the experience and it's for a good cause!

Our guide Caesar was fantastic! You could tell how much he loves his job and the animals. He is really knowledgeable and has a wonderful and playful personality. I really appreciated his hospitality. Our tour around the sanctuary was so special and sweet. I enjoyed every minute of  our unique experience. We ended the tour with a breath taking cenotes on the grounds which was the cherry on top of a beautiful day. I can’t forget to mention the amazing honey that we got to try! Make sure to buy some to take home and enjoy later on! The proceeds go back to the sanctuary and the animals!! Thank you again!!

Very beautiful experience, they are very safe but liberal with allowing guests to touch and pet the animals. Marcos was an excellent guide, and spoke both English and Spanish so everyone understood what was going on. Would 100% recommend if you have the opportunity to go and experience this.

It definitely isn’t worth the money. We could encounter only one monkey, couldn’t take any pictures and for the pictures from their photographer they wanted a lot of extra money. 60$ and when we said that we don’t want them they offered 40 $ but still… we didn’t pet the parrots, just the snake. We could take a picture of the snake with our phone but from quite far distance. We also didn’t see any cenote. This experience was worth like 300 - 400 pesos, definitely not 1400 pesos.

Marcos was our tour guide, high energy and english was amazing where you can still understand what he’s communicating. Got the Monkey encounter and Canote experience. Worth it and would definitely do it again!
