We had our first time trip to Cancun and with a big family group of 10. The service from the get go was superb and friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean and views were stunning. The minor drawback would be the crazy amount of stairs on property, but I guess the extra exercise helps even out all the food and alcohol consumption.  The food was great and loved all the different options from the big breakfast buffet, the outdoor restaurant for lunch, snacks and dinner, and even the fine dining Italian restaurant. Overall, the service was excellent. I cannot say enough good things about all the waitstaff, bartenders, concierge, lobby staff and too many in between to name. The hotel is a bit smaller and seemingly older than nearby places, but that small atmosphere was perfect for our group. I definitely would recommend!

Came here for 3 nights for a work trip and it was excellent! The entertainment staff is fantastic, especially Stephanie and Jair and Rodrigo. Food options slightly limited but very good and they even served us lunch on the beach. The spa was perfect, Victor was very responsive and helpful. Bartenders at pool and lobby bar were quick and attentive. The beach was not crowded and there was always a spot to lay down. The water was so clear! Overall hotel was smaller than other resorts, but for the price very good.

Great atmosphere, great rooms with great views. An excellent place to vacation and we will definitely be back. The food and drinks were wonderful!
Diego the waiter by the beach, he knows how to keep people happy, he’s always around and very attentive. Armando the bartender makes perfect drinks! Stephanie, Jair, and Rodrigo really know how to keep the party going. Very entertaining with activities throughout the day doing things to involve everyone.

I need to update this review: I had to make an advance payment for the hotel through the reservation, and they asked for my credit card details in a form. I found it strange and used a card with a low limit. Unfortunately, what I feared the most happened: my credit card information was stolen, and they used up my entire limit on online purchases at Walmart Mexico. The same thing happened with the company credit card I use for work. I tried to contact them by email, but received no response regarding my issue. This is definitely something very serious, as they offered no assistance at all. Be careful!********

We absolutely loved our experience at the hotel! I visited for a company event and was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful everything was. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were not only friendly but also very helpful, offering personal touches that made a big difference. The hotel is smaller, which actually adds to the charm, as it allows for more personalized service and attention.

I had the chance to try both restaurants on-site, and each meal was fantastic. The quality of the food is outstanding—everything is incredibly fresh, and the flavors are delicious. The breakfast was a particular highlight, especially with the crispy, mouthwatering fries that made for a perfect start to the day.

One thing I really appreciated was the hotel’s team of animators. They were so friendly and energetic, always encouraging us to participate in the various activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were just two minor points to mention: first, they don’t offer light beer, which was a little disappointing for me, but that’s just a small detail. Second, they were undergoing some renovations to the outdoor area, though this didn’t impact our experience at all—we hardly noticed the work being done.

Overall, I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. And if you're a fan of relaxation, the spa is absolutely sensational—it was one of the highlights of our trip.

I had a very pleasant stay. The pros:
The staff is super helpful and friendly.
Amazing view and remodeled room.
The sushi restaurant was exceptional, but extra money.

Cons-
The food was hit or miss, with the exception of breakfast, which was always good and much cooler indoors.
The entertainment was kind of cheesy.
Smaller property and lots of stairs to climb, even to the elevator.
You have to walk through the pool area to get to the all-inclusive restaurant.
