Our stay at Le Blanc was unforgettable! This place is full of energy, with music, and great service.
The food was out of this world—every restaurant delivered amazing flavors and variety, from gourmet dining to casual bites. The service was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience.

WOW every time!!!!

We love coming back to Le blanc Cancun/our temporary home in Paradise…

In the morning -Melissa greets me with a big smile at the Cafe with my Latte -she even knows how I like it …she starts my day off in an awesome way :)

The Spa is FABULOUS…so many great people who work there and make sure you enjoy! Beatrice, Almendra plus so many others. My pedicure was so pretty and was done with such care!

Our butlers and fill in butlers were so great- , responsive and knowledgeable and SO sweet !

FOOD and wine (love the tasting event) fantastic!  All restaurants incredible…

It’s paradise (love my ocean-beach view -so excited to return!

There is nothing like high pressure sales first thing in the morning. Just remember, kids say no. I appreciate your response even though it's was scripted. You do have some nice properties. Your prices and packages are out of touch for what is offered. I already have a good friend's membership to use if I feel the need to come back and since his daughter is the beneficiary of said membership, why would I need another one. I had to say no multiple times. But let's put things into perspective I am medically retired @52 I won't be around long enough to enjoy your packages offered. I really hate pushy sales. I can appreciate you having a business to run. The services offered vs the price I paid on the diamond membership is still too much. Yes it's a nice place but most people live paycheck to paycheck all I was looking for was a nice place to visit before I die. I don't really go around sharing that information with anyone. No means no and that should've been sufficient after as many times as I said it to the first person. I want you to think about that the next time you try to pressure people.  Your packages are overpriced that isn't opinion that's fact. Now as far as the sun goes which is where I am staying they are also getting a review, which will be far less flattering than the one you received. To be 💯 honest, after the disaster here, I can guarantee we won't be coming back. I can take that same amount of money and have a way better vacation than what is offered. I do hope this further clarifies my earlier post because I guess 10 no answers weren't sufficient.

Reduced to 1 star from 2, because why ask me to provide more information, then not respond? Poor management of the inquiry and regard for customer satisfaction. Also reduced service from 5 stars (staff at resort) to 3.

Stayed here for 6 nights. The staff and service were lovely and the food is good, but unfortunately I got these weird itchy bites on my legs after waking up every night! It took me 2 days to notice because I thought it was a new lotion I was trying out, but two or three popped up every night until I suspected bed bugs. I checked the linens but couldn’t find any indication of bed bugs, (except 1 rust-colored spot on the linens) and the butler was very apologetic, and promptly asked house keeping to change the sheets upon my request. Just wish that I didn’t have to worry about dealing with bug bites at a 5 star resort.

If I could give LeBlanc Cancun more than 5 stars, I would. As a person who travels a lot, all around the world , and is willing to pay a premium price for a premium experience I want to put in a word about Leblanc, the staff, the management, and the whole experience. Let me start by saying if you are reading this  you probably have read a lot of 1 star reviews about some person who got upset about something and trashed the hotel with a terrible review. LeBlanc has a few of these like every company does. I believe the true test of any organization is not if they make a mistake but how they address it. We ran into a “snag” on the first day and when I expressed my displeasure,  the general manager of the hotel found me on the beach and visited with me for 45 minutes. Edgar manages hundreds of staff and has managed Ritz Carlton and Four Season resorts, and the fact that Palace Resorts has placed a leader like him at Leblanc says a lot about their concerns for guest experience and continuously improving things. I was immediately impressed with his genuine concern and empathy. He listened intently to all of my concerns and we ended up having an incredible discussion sharing ideas on leadership and challenges that I as a CEO and tech founder are so familiar with. Before he and I talked we had actually already moved on from the snag that originally bothered us because the hotel staff is simply fantastic. Nearly every single person that you will run into will be attentive to your needs and will do their best to ensure that you have the most relaxing and enjoyable experience possible.  And they are so much fun too.  The just for fun blackjack game that we all played with Laura was one of the most fun times I’ve had in so long. She exemplifies the spirit and joyous attitude that so many of the staff here have   There are too many people to really mention that have made this one of the best and most enjoyable vacations I’ve ever had. First, let me start with Jesus the server down on the beach. What an amazing and friendly guy. His service was impeccable and he worked so hard to keep us happy. Also Axel, who set up our chairs in the morning and made sure we were in just the right spot. Our butlers David and Joel responded immediately and helped get us into the restaurants and so many other things.  Christian, our server at the sushi restaurant was the most knowledgeable expert on sushi I’ve ever met. The manager of the French dining restaurant was incredible as well as the manager at LaTerraza who spoke to me for some time just to make we were  enjoy enjoying ourselves. Also the servers and bartenders in the nightclub. If they can put up with my Karaoke singing, they are truly amazing :) It’s almost unfair to just mention these people because there were so many more that made it an incredible stay. If you want to experience the absolute best all-inclusive resort to visit in Cancun, and I’ve been to pretty much all of them, choose LeBlanc you won’t regret it!

You will see that I have been all over and I’ve given lots of really good reviews and lots of poor reviews. I’m a real person and this is really my opinion.
