Absolute nightmare. AMSTAR didn't bring us in time and this company refused to honor what we paid for. We lost over $200 USD here. Be cautious because these people are fraud, especially Julio who wouldn't work with us even though we had proof.

I have been there because one of my friends invited me to stay in Isla Mujeres, and is one way traveling to there. It is ok, and the breakfast was good (bread, coffee and juice), I wasn't expecting less :D

We rented a private yacht. Crew was very attentive. Took us snorkeling in a beautiful cove where there was quite a few Barracuda - exciting!

Do not go jungle tour , I was there yesterday. Robert took our group but my boat was the one that can not go fast . On the way going there I was the first one after the leader Robert but on the way back I was the last on , My group left me n my friend during travel time back we got lost during the huge river around 5:20 pm. That time the waves in the water was so strong I couldn't cross the big river. My boat almost flip over for 4 timeS. My group had went so far in front of me to the point I couldn't see them anymore. But I no one know. I got scare. I thought to myself I could have die if the water waves got into my boat. My boat got mess up even before I drove it but I thought it is suppose to be that slow. So I really suggest anyone who travel to Mexico should not try jungle tour for the safety of ur life. I want to let ppl know that even if my boat got flip the leader won't make it back on time to save me becuz he won't know. Stay away this long water tour by yourself. It is 45minutes drive your boat alone so anything can be happen.

We went on the jungle speedboat tour. Snorkeling was great. speedboats were fun even had a dry storage compartment for our stuff. Our guide was great even took pictures of us in our boats with our camera. Only downside was after you pay to take the tour they hit you with a dock fee of 10 dollars a person so be prepared for that.

As soon as we got there tye started to charge for extra things such as useing the board walk to get on the boats and $10 extra dollars for "taxes". We were supposed to go snorkeling but they didn't take us because we were 5 minutes late. And once we finished on the boats they said we "crashed" the boats and tried charging us $80 because we didn't buy insurance. Overall the experience was ruined buy those cheap tour guides. DO NOT GO TO AQUATOURS.
