This was the best pastry we had in ten days of being at Playa del Carmen. The eggs were excellent I had scrambled with Boursin, and usually I don’t like it when someone else makes scrambled eggs. I ate every last bite. Juice fresh squeezed, baguettes light inside and crusty outside. Wish I could come every day!

It was a deluge of rain, so we ducked into here for cervesa! They were very friendly and moved us closer to the grill area where there was warmth. Watched them prepare steaks and burgers. The burger looked phenomenal. The steak looked good. Sorry,  I didn't think to snap a picture. The beer was cold. Wouldn't mind trying good next time.

So we came after heard many great reviews and unfortunately we were very disappointed.
I'll start by saying we were seated close to the bakery door and the smell came out was amazing.
However , we came to eat breakfast and ordered 2 dishes of eggs.
The food was almost uneatable as well as the coffee.
It was pretty hot, there's only fan outside.
In total we assume that's more a bakery and dessert place than restaurant.

The service was really good, the problem is that for the Sunday brunch there were only two waiters. They were super efficient and kind, but the place was full and despite their effort, it took so long.

We really like this place in playa. It’s perfect for when you are craving a special breakfast! I really enjoyed my ham and cheese crepe and my friends their chicken salad and salmon bagel. The only thing wasn’t the best was the pain au chocolate. It was a bit dry and a bit stale but everything else was good. The pastries all look good but hopefully next time I have a better luck.
