This place is incredible 😁😍😁 I spent so many times here whilst living in Mexico and celebrated many birthdays here too. 🎈

This place is magical and a must do on your holiday! If you celebrating something special you can book the private areas, yes you pay extra for them, however it really makes it that extra special occasion something to remember.

Today Orlando "from events" helped me out with a personal request. Top Bloke!!! 👍🏼😁👍🏼

This was a last minute request due to circumstances "so a big ask on my side"  yet he was very accommodating of my needs whilst being friendly, polite and efficient, especially considering it wasn't his department.

Just like from all the other visits I've ever had exceptional service. ❤️❤️❤️

INCREDIBLE!!!! This is SO worth it!! I took my teenage daughter and we both loved it. It's beautiful and interesting--who gets this?!?!! Seriously, it's a cave!!--the service was amazing and the food was fantastic. We splurged and got a BEAUTIFUL steak and the fish, the appetizer (which included crickets!) and sides were fantastic, and I had two glasses of wine.  Left a healthy tip for a total of $180 (U.S) -- a bargain for what I know will be one of the most memorable meals of my, and my daughter's, lifetime!

It’s a beautiful place with horrible food. We tried a vary of options from the menu and nobody in our party was satisfied with the food. To start the bread is really bad and they charge for it. My mom always says a good restaurant always welcomes you with delicious bread, well this is not the case. Sea food was dry and not fresh. Drinks were nothing spectacular, desert is definitely not recommended. They don’t have vegan option and they don’t try to solve it.

I understand the place sells the experience but they could have put a little more effort with the food. It’s definitely a place you should visit for the experience but try to not spend too much money as it’s not really worth it.

I loved celebrating over there. The place is gorgeous and you go on a little tour inside the cenote taking photos and enjoying the atmosphere and nature while your orders are getting ready. It’s not a big space but enough for some fun shoots and talks and walks with your people. The food presentation was lovely and the servers as well. We tried a number of dishes but I think the food can be elevated especially deer meat and the bone marrow was so little I couldn’t get a taste of it. Sorry I can’t post all photos and forgot to snap shots of everything. Oysters were nice as well as other dishes we tried.

To me, the place is overrated and overpriced:( I didn't like my food. It looks nice, but tastes 3/5. I couldn't finish it. Desert was not bad thought, and presentation is interesting to watch. Our server looked kinda bored or something. She was willingly answering our questions at the very beginning, but after that just lost any interest and totally forgot one of my drinks I ordered. Due to all of that we tipped less than 10% and the person taking payment looked annoyed 🙄
But drinks and desert was good. And the cave itself is beautiful, we've taken many pictures ^^ but we won't come back for sure. Neither food nor service was worthy of that price.
