We vacation in Mexico each year, but this is our first time at the Beloved. The rooms are fabulous, service is great, and the staff is very accommodating for our group of four couples. Unfortunately the weather hasn’t cooperated, so we haven’t been able to enjoy the beach like we wanted to, but we’re all still having a great time!  Only complaint would be that the food in ALL the restaurants seems to always be served on the warm/cold side. Really prefer food to be hot. Our server at Lupitas, Pacheco, is outstanding!  Awesome sense of humor and a beautiful smile.

We came here a few years ago and were eager to return. The quality/maintenance of the property has gone down a bit, which I attribute to the fact that their parent company is building a new resort nearby, so most of their resources appear to be directed there. That said, the service is still phenomenal, and the beach is still quiet and gorgeous. Alex helped us with food and drinks by the beach and was wonderful! We will probably try out the new Excellence property instead next time we travel here, or we will return to Atelier next door (we spent half of this trip there, and it was amazing). I’m hopeful that they’ll renovate this property soon, because we love the small, intimate feel.

If there is one take away from this resort that’s worth mentioning, it’s the service you’ll get from the pool and beach waiters. We had the luxury of having 3 separate waiters throughout the week here and they were all great. Benito in particular was the best waiter I’ve ever had in any all inclusive resort. Not only is he funny, has a great personality, and makes you feel comfortable - but his ability to show his attentiveness is next to none. He was ALWAYS there, ready to get you another round, without you needing to tell him what your order is. He doesn’t like to make you wait, and he makes sure you are always doing ok - even when you aren’t ready for another drink. Even as I write this review, he’s already checked on me twice! I’ve never seen a harder worker! He will be the reason I come back here in the near future!

Some room trouble in the beginning but the staff made up for it better than we could’ve ever imagined. We couldn’t be more grateful.  If you’re looking for a great room stay in the 2 story casita with plunge pool, OCEAN VIEW. It is magnificent. This resort is small and intimate, not a lot going on entertainment wise. Keep that in mind, come with someone you love!

This is the most relaxing, beautiful place I have ever  been. Couples only serenity. The rooms are huge, with fully stocked bars. Everything, other than spa services are included. And everything on your own time - you don’t need to make reservations at the restaurants, just go whenever you feel like it.  Unlike other all inclusive resorts it’s all sit down dining, not buffet. One of the breakfast restaurants has a buffet, we didn’t even realize it until the 5th day. If you want total relaxation, sleep, eat, beach, repeat Beloved is the place to be.
