A really wonderful hotel and overall service. We stayed for 8 days on a family holiday, impeccable service throughout, and the team were highly responsive on what’sapp (a special thanks to our butler, Fernanda) The food and beverage offering was superb and we enjoyed the best margaritas of our lives made by Roberto in their Bambuca bar. The beach team were excellent and attentive. The spa and gym were also perfect for our stay, featuring state of the art equipment, thermal baths, steam, sauna and cold plunge pool.

Our stay at Maroma far exceeded our expectations on every level! The accommodations, service and experience were superb beyond any stay I’ve encountered. The service was perfectly suited to my husband, adult daughter and myself because it was attentive but not smothering which can be a difficult balance in a fine resort such as this. My best friend and I stayed at Belmond Maroma from December 12th to 17th, 2024, as part of the Discovery Belmond program, and we had the most incredible experience. The hotel is expansive, offering a great deal of privacy, and the service truly exceeded our expectations in every way.

As individuals with experience working within the Belmond chain, we are familiar with the high standards the brand upholds. Even so, the team at Maroma went above and beyond to deliver exceptional hospitality. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and warm, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay.

We’d like to express our deepest appreciation to several outstanding team members: Francis, our butler, whose attentive care made our stay seamless; Jorge, the barman, whose craft and charm added to our enjoyment; Sergio at poolside service, who ensured everything was perfect; and Rodrigo at the beach, who took such great care of us.

My wife, 7-year-old daughter, and I recently stayed here, and from the moment we arrived, it was evident that every detail has been meticulously thought out following the resort's recent renovations.

The attention to detail is unparalleled—from the beautifully designed rooms to the lush, impeccably maintained grounds. The staff is simply phenomenal: warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Their dedication to creating an exceptional experience is clear, and it's obvious this level of care and service trickles down from strong leadership at the top.

The beach is an absolute dream—soft, white sand and crystal-clear water. It's hands down the best beach in the Mayan Riviera, making it perfect for romantic strolls or fun family days.

We had our dream vacation at Maroma Belmond. It’s so far exceeded our expectations with its unbelievable service and beauty. Every texture, piece of furniture and textile, and the grounds and Landscape was of the best quality. The staff was attentive, friendly, respectful, and did anything necessary for the best and most restful experience. Both myself, and my daughter were celebrating our birthdays, and they went above and beyond to make us feel like queens! It was really hard to come home and we miss being there!!! We will definitely go back whenever we can. What a special place!!
