Intimate setting and truly amazing food! We were blown away be the presentation and flavor of everything. Yes it’s pricey ($200+ USD for 2 people) but it’s Tulum, and also best meal in the city. My favorite was the softshell crab tacos, and the prawns. My girlfriend loved the bone marrow and scallops. Drinks were also tasty!

The food is unreal here. Each dish had unique flavours and everything we tried was amazing. The two of us shared 5 dishes plus dessert (4 would’ve been enough) and we were stuffed! Definitely on the pricier side but worth visiting at least once. Easily one of the top restaurants in Tulum beach.

It was a mind blowing experience similar yo what I have had in a Michelin star restaurant. The dishes are experimentative yet delicious. Everything we had (5 dishes plus 1 dessert) were extraordinary, very well presented and relishing. I highly recommend it.

An absolute must when visiting Tulum! Chef Jose Luis is a genius 😎
From the moment you walk in Arca, you know you’re in for a special experience. The food is wonderfully creative, delicious, gorgeous and made with local ingredients
Drinks are fantastic, not one that wasn’t perfectly balanced and presented
Tasting menu and pairing is a solid 10/10

Let me put this way, given the price, the food is supposed to / should be good. I found the flavor very creative, different combinations of the sauces definitely entertained my taste buds. Well done to the chef. Each dish is small, averagely $600 - 700 peso each. The price does feel a bit sharp even coming from NY, and the outdoor sitting with smoke / mosquito does not match the high end positioning.

Three of us orders five dishes, which was quite plenty. The waiter suggested 6-7 dishes, I would suggest start with a few and see how you doing.

Overall, they do seafood better than the meat. We ordered soft shell crab tacos, whole squash, prawn, suckling pigs, and bone marrow. Really loved both crab tacos and prawns, must try in my opinion. Squash is also good with a lot of different ingredients and texture. Suckling pigs and bone marrows were just okay, had better ones in many other places.

The waiter / services is nice, averagely they would expect 20% tips.

In summary, worth trying, order seafood than meat dishes, and bring some mosquito sprays.
