Very nice place to visit, $300 to Mexican $400 pesos to Foreign you need ID, no sun bloquear are allowed, don’t bring to much maybe small bag pack, a bottle of water beach shoes towel, sun glasses hat maybe snack is a amazing place..

The place is well organized, there's a parking lot, clean bathrooms. The lagoon isn't very impressive, it's just like a big lake, not much to do. Overpriced for the "experience" you get. Pictures look better as it really is.

The water was ok.  It was after a storm so it was to be expected. The parking is free but if you have outside food or drinks you pay extra to bring them in.  Maybe cause it was July and slower, but they didn’t have much aside from a fruit drink for sale so you really have to bring your own water and food/snacks and just pay to bring it in. I think it was about $5 usd per person to bring in food.

The washrooms are ok but a far walk.  Be sure to bring toilet paper. The site could be wheel chair accessible if you had some mobility and could go thru spots of gravel. The boardwalks to the water and washrooms make it possible to navigate with someone assisting.

They have many cool spots for photos so if that’s your thing you’ll have lots of photo ops.
If you want to just soak, take pictures and chill then this is ok.  The kayaks were overpriced and limited. You can’t go out far so if you’re an avid kayaker I would pass. Good to go once but I wouldn’t go again.

There is places for you to sit under shade and relax. Don’t bring anything of value. There is no lockers.

We went at the beginning of November and the water wasn't as bright green as the pictures so at first we were a little disappointed but then we got in the water and it was so much fun and so relaxing. They also have fun places to take pictures with.  It was very hard to find as we drove there ourselves. If you are looking to go there , put the Laguna De Kaan Luum Parking Lot in your map .  I took 1 star off because the Washrooms were absolutely disgusting, with no toilet seat, no toilet paper, and just nasty.

Beautiful lake. Very closed to Tulum town. The staff care a lot about the nature and the health of the lake. You cannot wear any sunscreen or mosquito repellent inside the lake. Because a hurricane passed couple of weeks ago the water was still green ( and not blue) like in the photos, they let you know at the entrance but its still worth to see and enjoy. You can bring food and drinks please dont litter and pick up after you, lets keep this natural habitat for many species clean its the least we can do to continue enjoying it for future generations and locals. We paid $300 pesos per person ( foreigners price)
