We got in a bind on a field trip. We accidentally ordered our pizza from another Papa John’s on the wrong day. The other PJ would not even attempt to let us order pizzas for the right day. We called the PJ in Fairhope, and Beth Brooke accommodated us, made our pizzas in only 40 minutes, and made sure to give us the same deal! AMAZING customer service and the pizzas were delicious.

Order with caution. Was disappointed for the second time of my food being overcooked. Called to ask if I ordered something wrong and the young lad told me that was normal? Then chuckled when I said I was disappointed. She could’ve cared less and said. “Ok. Have a good night.” Miss the days of businesses caring about the customer. They just lost this one.

My order was 45 minutes late and arrived cold. My family has ordered from this store several times and each time it’s the same thing. One time it was over an hour late! The quality of the breadsticks has also gotten worse (not enough butter garlic sauce…like hardly any at all) Definitely not acceptable. Spend your money elsewhere!

I would rate lower if I could. Never received our food and the store wouldn't answer for over half an hour until it was then closed. Corporate customer support chat was useless and said that "I" had to submit a ticket for the store manager to call back within 48 hours... To resolve someone else problem... What is the point of having customer support if they do nothing?!? Absolutely nothing... Will never order again, save your money and buy dominos, at least that shows up when I order it.
