Made reservation for a Jeep wrangler unlimited on line , reservation was confirmed. I received a call from this location saying , there are no Jeep wranglers at this location.

if I could give 0 stars I would. I'm a corporate client and spend thousands of $ at enterprise. this location would not rent me a vehicle today, despite my license being saved in their system with another vehicle I am currently renting for the entire month. the service staff is rude and customer service means nothing here.

This was a life saving company. We got bamboozled by Budget and Enterprise saved the day for me and my family. Carson and the manager, forgot her name, made is settling after the previous hassle. Enterprise has my greatest praise for good service, better yet, GREAT SERVICE!

The staff was so helpful when I needed to exchange my car to meet my needs, even during a holiday weekend when they were out of inventory. They made it happen! Especially grateful for the manager who went above and beyond.

Their area manager is the most unprofessional, rude person. I waited in the rain 30 minutes to be picked up (as their hold music I listened to for 25 minutes advertises). Apparently, the area manager wrote my number down incorrectly so when the driver came he couldn't reach me. Despite my number and claim information being in their system, he couldn't check this to verify it was correct. I called several times to check in where they were, each time "on the way". After 30 minutes, my boyfriend calls and of course is very angry. Him and the area manager get in an argument where the area manager tells him to "pull up because he won't do sh*t in person" and that they will not be giving me a car. It sounds like this location never had a car for me, despite talking to them for 2 days, was never going to come and get me, purposely antagonized us, just to cancel the car. The area manager of this store should not have a customer facing job as he cannot handle the pressure and is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Management and their staff were in the back making jokes about customers because the customers were unable to get a vehicle, not knowing they could be heard. I find it quite disappointing considering I've rented from enterprise before, but have never seen this lack of unprofessional or blatant disrespect for the people who are trying to frequent this business.

Customer service was great. They were very friendly and professional. First car was low on gas so they decided to put me in a higher class of car since they were low on inventory. They put me in a jeep Cherokee which was awesome. When I returned the car, again they were very professional and polite. Will do business with them again if I have to rent another car

Email and phone confirmation beforehand. I arrived after paying an Uber to get me there for them to tell me they didn't have a car. Never have seen so many poor systems together for an established business.

We received great service from Gabby and the gent training her. The rates we paid were better than what we were quoted online by competitors, and we got the exact vehicle we wanted (a pickup truck). The location was very well staffed and clean. Thanks ya'll!

I rented a car from this location of Enterprise today. It was a very pleasant experience. The Branch Manager (Matt Wallace) immediately greeted me when I walked in. He was professional, friendly and personable. It was clear that he enjoyed both his customers and the company he works for.
