This establishment has good food, however the lady that is always in the drive through (blonde, long nails , the ghetto lady) is so unprofessional every time. It's so sad you want to patronize however it's people like that the face of an establishment that will put a business out of business. When you have a person as the face of the company , i.e front of the house, drive through ensure they are pleasant and have at least basic customer service skills , there is no telling how much business this location misses all because you have an employee that should be in the back of the house until trained properly.

I'm not sure if those two older women still work there but lord have mercy!!!! I vowed to never eat there since my last encounter. they fixed my order wrong and I asked for a refund or for it to be fixed correctly. Now they fixed my food and the other older lady brought it out , and she asked was it okay I responded yes. Now, I am very soft spoken and I guess she didnt hear me the first time. so she repeated herself very hostily and tried to raise up on me. What was so disappointing about this encounter was that I was never disrespectful to them in no shape or form. In fact, I have interacted with them multiple times at that location because I was a DoorDash driver and they were very nice and that encounter just shocked me. I don't believe in disrespecting customer service workers that's just not me.

Yikes. Those wings were maybe the smallest I've ever seen. Were they pulled off of baby chickens? Where do they even find them like that? Sauces were tasty. But man, if you're gonna run a wing place, do it right.

Chicken tenders were pink inside. White meat Chicken isn't supposed to be pink if cooked properly. Whole wings also tasted of fish. Like maybe they fry both fish and chicken in the same grease.

The wings are always hot but hardly ever fresh. They will charge you extra for everything including what comes complimentary with a hot wing order. They are cool upon ordering but when you pass them your money, that's all ends.

The only reason of this rating is small size wings I had there, even though I loved the BBQ wings which came with fries and a soda. Love the spicy salad mixed with my favourite vegetables. Food was hot and services was really good. I would recommend this place for a quick dine in as they provide quick service. I wish good luck to take this rating seriously and use the bigger wings. So people don't feel more hungry after having tiny wings.

My first time dining at this restaurant and I'm glad that I had the chance to experience the food especially with me liking wings. I ended up getting the 12 piece bbq wings special that came with fries and a soda which the food didn't take not even 5 minutes to arrive at the table. Everything was hot from the fries to the wings and customer service was outstanding which I admired the manager taking the time to check on us thru out our lunch to make sure everything was fine. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm on this side of town.

I stopped here to pick up lunch. When I got to the window to pay for and receive my order I was amazed and disgusted by the appearance of the worker at the window. The t-shirt she was wearing was disgustingly dirty and stained. I was so shocked and appalled that I couldn't even hear what the worker was saying. I told her that I had changed my mind and I drove away. I can only imagine how the workers behind the scenes looked if this person's appearance was the "face of the company". Did I mention how disgusting her appearance was?

Small spot next to gas station, owner is from New Jersey...!! But the food is out of this world....!! Omg, you will lick the plate...!! A must try, we had the shrimp and fish plate with fries and a salad all for $10... prices are reasonable and we also tried their fried rice, my family was in heaven eating in this little store .... a hidden gem in Birmingham Alabama, it's across from Holiday Inn Airport.... a BIG recommend, you will find the staff super friendly..... keep up the good job guys...!!

I ordered the Big Deal #1 10 barbecue flavor wings, large ranch fries, large coke, and a large guzzler punch passion for delivery. The preparation was extremely slow my delivery driver texted me several times apologizing and letting me know they were still preparing my food. It took over an hour for it to finally get to me. The punch passion was absolutely delicious it reminded me of a fancy super sweet koolaid. I enjoyed the ranch fries. The wing sauce was good. But I have not seen wings so small in my life. And they broke them into even smaller pieces for some strange reason. For the price I was expecting at least normal size wings.
