This is not the same Pizza Hut I grew up on . Idk if the recipe changed or if the workers are just lazy. My pizza came very bald, and uncooked. No seasoning on the crust just bland . I tried to give this location a few tries but nah! The one in Oxford is way better. I don’t see how because this a new store. But the food here sucks! Every time never fails wont be ordering this garbage anymore waste of my 20 dollars . Dominoes is out doing Pizza Hut on all levels. They should close this store down as quick as they opened this raggedy mfer up.

Customer service sucks. And I would never eat from there again. They won't even deliver to my house, when I literally don't live too far from them. If I was a White Woman, living in the same area and called for a delivery. There would have not been no problem!!!!!

I placed an order via app for curbside pickup from the Quintard Ave store in Anniston, AL. After arriving, my order wasn’t ready. I waited 10 min past the time my order was ready, but no one ever brought my order to my car. I finally went inside and observed an employee lying on a bench inside the lobby. Another employee was behind the counter. I told her I’d been waiting for my curbside order, to which she asked my name, got my order and I left. No apology for the wait, no explanation etc. I was appalled that there were two employees on duty, but one couldn’t be bothered from her lying down to bring an order to a customer. It was very unprofessional and unacceptable.
I took a picture of the employee from my car and submitted feedback on their corporate site.

I've been to the Anniston Pizza Hut several times and and have always had a good experience. Their Pizza has always been fresh and made just as ordered. Friendly staff with a very clean atmosphere.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Manager on duty on February 11, 2023 @ 5:00-6:00 was VERY RUDE. Continuously hung up in our face when we were trying to tell them that our food was UNDERCOOKED!!!! TWO WORDS, FOOD POISONING. Then they expect us to DRIVE 30minutes back to get a refund or remake it. Do they not realize how much gas is out here. The audacity is beyond me. Will not be going back there again!! But corporate, district manager, & the GM will hear an ear full about this because the service was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!! Every one of them will regret the day that they ever treated us like this!!
