Great experience from start to finish, we called in our order, the person we reached was courteous and professional. Our pizza was cooked perfectly, and the cheese sticks were delicious. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained. Thank you to the Owners and Management, job well done.

I had been ordering food for delivery for quite some time. The one time I had a complaint because my pizza was delivered cold, I had the most horrible experience. I called and asked for the manager. I was very polite and told him my problem. He had the nerve to argue with me and say my food wasn’t cold. I remained calm and asked if they would redo my order that I would be more than happy to bring the cold food back. Only one slice had been bitten because it was not hot. He said no, they would not redo my order. I tried to talk to him reasonably but he simply said we can come get it and just not charge you. At this point, I had gotten mad. Just getting off work and being hungry doesn’t mix. Thankfully for him, I held my composure and merely hung up. They never have to worry about me nor any family members giving them any of our business again. Besides, the pizza isn’t good enough for their prices!!

Bad experience from this place, 2 pizzas and 2 drinks. 40$ really? Plus the pizza was put together poorly and it was cold after the 20minites deliver turned into 45 minutes. I'm glad Domino's is here in Brewton now. Mich better prices there and the staff at Domino's cares about how they make a pizza.

Gave us the wrong size pizzas and then made us pay for another one even though that wasnt what we ordered. Pizza Pro has been good but now its gone to not even a whole star. Pay attention to customers and do better

The owner is Very Rude! I ordered over the phone for delivery. The person that took the order said 20-25 minutes, the kids and I realized after about 45minutes the delivery still wasn't here so I called he told me that the person did not say 20-25 minutes and that I was lien. He also said It had not been a hour. That the driver was on the way. Then said that he'll tell the driver to bring the order back and cancel my credit card. I was calling to see how much longer it was going to be. Very Rude!
