I have always been happy with this Chick-fil-a, but lately things seem to be falling apart. Today, I waited in line, and when I got to the counter I ordered two cups of chicken noodle soup. The cashier wasn't sure if they would be able to serve it. It was 10:40 am. She asked the manager. He said yes, no problem. I put in the rest of my order, and then was told nevermind they were out of soup. This is the second time this has happened to me, and the second time I left and went somewhere else. The first time I waited in line. Four people were in front of me, and when I got to the counter and tried to order the chicken soup. The cashier told me he couldn't push the soup button. It was after 10:30 am. He asked me what else I would like. I explained I would have to get out of line to ask my elderly dad who was sitting down. The order was canceled. I wasn't going to get back in line because there was now 5 people in line. Lately, also there is always at least 10 people standing in the lobby waiting for orders. Not sure what has happened, but I'm hoping things will change back.

Got the kids five count nugget meal with fries and a 1/2 sweet, 1/2 unsweet tea. The fries could've used a bit more salt, but I understand they can't be in there tasting the product all day. Nuggets were pretty fresh. As y'all know from my bio, I am a fanatic of Chick-Fil-A. I ate here nearly every day in college... so I know what's good. And it's my pleasure to report that the Irondale location meets my standards. Only one sauce pack with the kids meal. Fine, I guess. Service here is ok, not exemplary. The inside is clean. I've done a catering order from here before and it was ready as soon as I walked in. No complaints.

I'm becoming less and less impressed with CFA. They "my pleasure " you to death to cover up all the annoying things that tend to occur during a simple visit. This visit was exhausting!! The staff completely made me never want to eat CFA again ... even if it's free. We had a free treat from a previous bad experience. I also ordered 3 piece chicken tenders. (Dine in). Was told there was a 7-11 min wait on the tenders. Cool no problem. It would make sense to go ahead and give us the ice cream as it was sitting on the counter. Yes, melting away. I personally attribute this to the fact that there were just way tooooo many people in the kitchen and no one is aware of what's actually happening. There was a huge disconnect from the front counter to the kitchen. The staff here actually were weird and got on my nerves. I reported this to corporate as I sat here eating my food. CFA is turning into a big fat NO for me!!! The obvious dirty floors didn't help the situation.

We have come over to this location several times. This location has a smaller parking lot footprint and leads to some awkwardness, but the employees do a fairly good job at getting the drive-through processed quickly and efficiently. They are also always nice, despite them being almost always busy. The food itself is always good, and we've never had any issues, and they frequently 'reward' people for stopping in and using the Chick-fil-A app by giving more food, encouraging more trips back. Sometimes we take advantage, sometimes not, but it is nice to have the option. I'm sure we'll come back soon.

A franchisee with 47 years of experience should understand the importance of professionalism in the workplace. My review is in support of the employees at this location who have been affected by the owner's inappropriate and unprofessional conduct.

The food here is good. The service is fast and usually the line is long but not today. We were out early and the wife wanted a light breakfast so we decided to go here. I got my usual chicken biscuit and she got chicken minis. Both were good. Only suggestion we noticed that concerns us is there is no menu listing in the drive thru before the manual servers great you. The App makes you click thru too many selections to just see the menu also. A hard copy of the menu before or at the tent area would be nice. The electronic menu is there but is after the order is made. Again, the order process is nice but a menu to order from would make it nicer too.

This Chick-fil-A truly has the worst service any I have ever been to. Dozens of people standing around behind the counter while three dozen cars wait. And wait. And wait. I'm not sure how many people are in the back cooking, but you need to redistribute your labor. Then you built a drive-through where cars are completely locked in so if there is an emergency situation, you're left with a very bangers, very big problem on your hands. Highly suggest ownership get involved in the operations of this restaurant. Very very disappointing experience over and over again -- get it together.

I will never return. Management is terrible, and just rude. I got the wrong order and the hostile upper management, SCOTT POWERS, made the environment uncomfortable as a CUSTOMER observing the way he speaks to his staff, I was appalled.

This place is always busy no matter the time or day, but they keep the line moving. I always try to order ahead so I can customize my order how I like without the chance of user error. Good food, always fresh. I'm sure I'll be by here again.

I am not one to write reviews and this is probably the second one I have ever written. Unfortunately, I do need to write one about this location. It is the only Chick-fil-A close to my house so I have to use this location, but 7 to 8 times out of 10 my order is incorrect. Also, it is not unusual for my order to take 20 minutes to get ready and I'm not ordering anything special. If you go through the drive through, I suggest you park in the wal mart parking lot and make sure they got your order correct.
