Very disappointed with the management her name was Katlin.  She is never welcoming when we enter the store.  Not good customer service at all and then my sandwich came out like a hot dog without the fixings, I had requested.  She is not the person for customer service and definitely should not be management.  I really don’t like giving a bad review but, this one definitely deserves it.  I couldn’t believe they served my sandwich like they did but, made my other ones almost correct..very bad experience.  As long as she is management me and several others said we will not be going back there.  Horrible experience.  Also, couldn’t believe my sandwich came out like a hot dog we were all like what is that before we opened it.

The bread was decent, but my Philly cheesesteak could generously be described as paltry. They were also unable to prepare many of the menu items due to not having turkey. Half the dining room tables were full of personal effects of the staff purses, cups, etc. Not worth the price.

I travel for work.  When I visit different cities, I always try to find local places or at least the big restaurant chains.  I googled and found this little gem.  The moment I walked in, the two young men welcomed me and were very polite.  I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and I will tell you this…. It was one of the best cheesesteaks I have eaten.  The bread was so amazingly soft and fresh.  The steak had a great seasoning and the cheese was melted to perfection.  I give this place 5 stars!

Best of all was when I was finishing my meal, and older gentleman came in to order and had on a veterans hat.  The lady that had came up to take his order, well she did what so many young people need to be doing and that is she Thanked the gentleman for his!  God Bless America and Thank you to all the veterans!
