The workers here are super nice! I've always had a great experience here and visit it frequently. I also love the gf bun option. I was sad when they were out for a while. Thankful they have it back!

I have been such a fan of Firehouse Subs since I was in high school. We would always get firehouse catered to us on our away games when I was playing softball. The hook n ladder is my ultimate favorite sandwich from here, but when I decide to venture out and try something new the other sandwiches have been good too. The employees at this location and the other firehouse locations I’ve been to have always been pleasant. I love that a portion of the funds go to helping out firefighters. The online ordering process is so easy to use, and I love how you can just go pick up the order at the Rapid Rescue to go area without having to wait in line. I’m also a fan of the variety of drinks. I love places that have the freestyle coke machine

Ordered the King’s Hawaiian pork & slaw & I did not get what was advertised, it looks like they used bread rolls from the store to make one whole sandwich. The Hawaiian bun is what makes this sandwich, so if the Hawaiian buns were sold out I should’ve been made aware of that once I came to pick up my order. The sandwich didn’t even taste the same because of the bread, this was a waste of my points.

Very slow.  Ordered online for pick up, waited a total of 45 minutes from order time.  Asked about my order after waiting in store for 20 minutes after my quoted pick up time, all I got was an unprofessional, "it's coming" with no other details, meanwhile people were coming in and leaving with food after I arrived.  Are orders not prepared in order they are received?  I will probably never order for "quick" order pick up again.

I ordered catering from this location for an event. I was called an hour before from the catering third party saying firehouse never received it and couldn’t fulfill our order. Very unprofessional! I even called this location and the people I spoke to were no help what so ever and said their manager wasn’t there. I had to call the jones valley location and they fulfilled our order! Very disappointed
