Delicious authentic food in a quaint setting at a good price. We got the spanakopita for app. Not a huge serving, but excellent. The pizza is a personal size but delicious. My wife got the euro combo and enjoyed it. Next time I want to try the gyro. We'll definitely be back.

Rome2Greece is a great little restaurant located at 1591 Hughes Rd, Madison, AL that serves authentic Greek meals.  The restaurant seating is limited but they also deliver via GrubHub-South, GrubHub, DoorDash and UberEats.

Although the restaurant has limited seating it is clean and has a wonderful ambiance/atmosphere.  The seating area is spacious and cozy. The owner is very friendly and polite.

My wife, son and I arrived at Rome2Greece at just after 4p.m. on a Saturday afternoon and we were the only customers in the restaurant, so we beat the dinner rush. My wife and I ordered the Euro Combo, our son ordered a Gyro.

The Euro Combo comes with seasoned meat freshly sliced from the vertical rotisserie spit.  The fresh Greek salad includes fresh Lettuce with Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Black Olives, Pepperoncini, Green Bell Pepper, Stuffed Grape Leaves & Feta Cheese. It also comes with Basmati Rice, Pita Bread & Tzatziki Sauce.

The salad was fresh and vibrant in color and very tasty with the Tzatziki sauce. The meat was hot but nicely seasoned. The Pita bread was warm and fresh. The stuffed grape leaves were a different flavor that to some is an acquired taste.  It wasn't bad but is also wasn't my favorite part of the meal.

We bought some Baklava to take home and enjoy. It was sweet and fresh.     We try Baklava at every Greek restaurant we go to and this has been the best so far.  The total bill was $30 for three substantial and flavorful meals.  At $10 per person for a colorful, flavorful substantial meal and drinks is a a great deal.  I would highly recommend eating at Rome2Greek.

Ordered through Doordash. No problem.  We order a Gyro Plate, beef and lamb. Everything looks good! Dolmades, they look good! Chicken Gyro. Looks good!   Ordered Meatballs.  BURNT! Called Rome2Greece to complain, no apology.  At all. Actually was told by the guy who answered the phone (at 6:45 pm today- 3 minutes after delivery) that he personally prepared them and that maybe my taste is different than his.  Really.  I have ordered meatballs from them in the past and they were delicious.   Pictures don't lie.  I included pictures of the rest of the order as well, which was good.

Kudos to this guy. It's the little places like this that probably feel the affect the most by all the Corona stuff. The staff let us know if it take a little longer because he was being extra careful in preparation. Later, I noticed he was being so diligent with wiping down the door every time somebody went in or out.

Very good! We liked being greeted cheerfully when we arrived, and very much enjoyed the freshly.made wrap and gyro. Definitely loved the tzatziki sauce on the gyro, it was amazing - especially when coupled with the fresh veggies and well prepared lamb. Super good and inexpensive lunch option.
