Had the crispy fish sandwich with curly fries and cheese dip. Fish was hot and tasty. We dined in and the restaurant was very clean and neat. The service was friendly and the order was prepared as ordered. Very good!

The receipt was correct but it did not match what was in the bag. We ordered three large roast beefs. We got three large beef n' cheddars on the onion buns.

Gave them the benefit of the doubt from my previous horrible service on the drive through. Received even worse customer service on the drive through than we did from the previous experience. The lady had nothing but a rude attitude over the intercom. Didn't say anything at the window. Was very angry looking when we had to ask for a straw. Forgot to add my fries and receipt. Gave me an attitude when I asked for my receipt. Stepped in to get my fries when I realized they were not with my order. I let the manager know that their drive through service was going to get them nothing but complaints and less in sales. The manager was not a problem. She was very sweet and looked surprised when I told her about the drive through. You need to address these issues or you're not going to do nothing but lose customers.

I will never come to this place and now any other Arby’s for that matter. The drive through took my order wrong. When the 2nd window handed me my drink it was wrong. They handed me my food it was wrong. When I tried to get the girls attention she was very rude. She argued with me about what I ordered. She also slammed the window closed several times on me while I was trying to explain to the manger my order.. as I pulled up to wait on the correct order I threw my drink out the window. The girl in the drive thru took her head set off and came out to my car trying to fight me. She tried to accuse me of throwing my drink at her. I called Arby’s and have yet to receive a call back. Needless to say I will never eat Arby’s again. I have my attorney involved . Y’all need to pick better people to work for you. If they don’t like their job they shouldn’t be working there… I bet she still working there.. The whole store needs to be closed. Very very unprofessional and just ghetto

The food was hot and delicious. I came around lunch time drive thru. There's something about service with a smile. Makes you want to come back again and again!  Thanks, Elizabeth and Jonie also the crew!
